Flight departed at 7.55 am, was about 2 hours - no real breakfast was served, just a roll and a muffin.
Great service, comfortable seats.
The food was aweful, but it's airplain food, usually it's aweful. There wasn't an entertainment system for each seat. Instead there was a bigger screen for every I don't know how many rows.

The flight was delayed by 95 minutes, which screw up my schedule badly..
Delayed flights, missed connections, lost luggage
I loved the professionalism of the crew, and how they treat the passengers with such care. I prefer Singapore airlines over any other. Seats are very comfortable. This craft had touch screen monitors that worked well. I was able to use my own ear buds by pulling the jack out part way.
I really only have one gripe. I wish there were more movie choices for adults that did not have foul language and immoral scenes.
Service was nice.
Comparing to recent businesses class flight on Emirates; Singapore airlines seat does not recline to flat bed. Boarded flight st 11pm and arrived at Singapore at 7am. Toiletries like tooth brush and paste, razor etc. were not provided. Emirates provides, so we did not pack in-flight.
My first flight (DXB - SIN) was delayed and so my bag didn't make it onto the second flight (SIN - CNS)
The cabin was quite warm
The business class bed was the best I have yet encountered. The food and service were great. And the stews? Gorgeous and so agreeable. One young lady even helped me with my back injury; turns out she was studying physical therapy. You can't find a better ride than that,
The Denpasar Airport had been closed for days due to Ash/Volcano Agung, so luckily our Flight departed as planned, and on time. Was easily re-assigned a new seat (middle to aisle) at the gate. The staff was attentive and courteous.
We had a roundtrip ticket from Denpasar to Bali. We were in Thailand when Bali's Mount Agung erupted and called Cathay Pacific requesting our fees be waived to change our return flight from Denpasar, Hong Kong, Newark to Bangkok-Hong Kong-Newark. Cathay Pacific said the fee to change our flight is $350, and plus the difference in the new ticket price. That option was very expensive. We were very stressed about returning to Bali due to the High Alert warnings. The Denpasar Airport was closed for days -- and our request was not unreasonable.
