Spirit changed our direct flight to a four hour layover in Houston that would have arrived 10 hours later than expected. They decided to tell us this fact the day of our flight!
The crew was awesome, got there early, and has no problems whatsoever.
Spirit is know for low costs, but seat which do not recline are awful for planes.
It got me to my destination.
The seats are ridiculously close. You have to pay extra for everything. I'll only fly them again for a short flight where I only need a personal item. Otherwise, it isn't worth it.
Maybe that they charge fo everything.
I liked the check-in and waiting area at the airport.
I did not like that we had to walk so much to the new gate assignment.

Made me check my bag when there was PLENTY of space to carryon but they said space was limited
I liked ease of check in and the smooth takeoff and landing.
I hate that your planes have us packed in like sardines. There’s no room between seats, nor is there sufficient leg room. The airlines have simply gotten too greedy.
If they know that the flight is about to delayed then they must wait for the passengers for connecting flights!
