Terrific Gate Team in Houston, who were extremely helpful with my current disability (my foot is in a walking boot). Gate agent immediately approached me once I got to the gate (via wheelchair) to see if I needed anything else. Then she took it upon herself to move my seat so that I had an empty row on the flight to prop my leg up on the flight, which was excellent customer service. She anticipated my needs & exceeded them. She signaled for me to board early, so I had enough time & space to get down the ramp. Gate agents like her are hard to find these days. I wish there were more agents like her. Flight to Indy- Plane were more spacious between the seats. My knees had 6”-8” between them & the seat in front of them. It was a new plane, so if this is the direction that United is going with their aircrafts, they will have lots of happy flyers.

It was recommended to download the United app for free inflight Enterainment once I purchased the inflight WiFi. After purchased, none of the movies or tv shows would play. It seemed like slow WiFi was making it impossible to utilize the Entertainment promoted by United.

apparently alaska is doing a new thing where they promise to have your luggage to the claim within 20 minutes of parking at the gate (or you get discounts for future transactions w/ alaska.) i timed it on my phone: it took us about 16 minutes to get to the claim after parking, and sure enough our luggage was waiting for us - not bad alaska!

They were very dishonest about everything. We need to be there in Australia on Monday morning for very important event but reached Australia Monday night 8PM. Virgin Australia contatcted out their flight from SJC to LAX through Delta and Delta cancelled flights becaue no-show of Pilot to operate the plan. What a Joke???? We asked them to put us through another carrier to LAX for connecting flight they refused.Very very BAD. It was a big miss for us.. never again Delta/Virgin Australia..............

The crew was really nice & the Alaska check in was really helpful tp make sure I went to the right area.

Was one of the first ones there. When boarding they started to to load from backto front. After they called the back from rows 20 & beyond a few mins later a whole group of people came running over & got in line, then another wave of people came running over & got in line. Then they called for the rest to board but there was only about 5 people. So we ended up being the last one on.

Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future.

They were very dishonest about everything. We need to be there in Australia on Monday morning for very important event but reached Australia Monday night 8PM. Virgin Australia contatcted out their flight from SJC to LAX through Delta and Delta cancelled flights becaue no-show of Pilot to operate the plan. What a Joke???? We asked them to put us through another carrier to LAX for connecting flight they refused.Very very BAD. It was a big miss for us.. never again Delta/Virgin Australia..............
