Cons: Check in was slow, I had to pay $130 for 4lbs of overweight bag, $200 to change a flight, they screwed up the first change and almost charged $200 more until I asked them to review the “quality assurance” call, the flight was delayed because they had to find a new crew, and again because of a part.
Pros: Seats were the most uncomfortable seats. There was no give in the seats and they didn't move at all. The armrests went up but jutted out like daggers. So, if you tried to stretch out it was impossible. I felt like a homeless person who wasn't supposed to lay on a bench.
Cons: Better seats.
Pros: Crew was great!
Cons: I'm a frequent flyer with AA; it's very dissapointing that I have missed my connections with AA about 60% of the time this year. I don't know what's going on with the airline, but it seems they are falling behind the curve in terms of punctuality. Seriously thinking about changing airlines.
Pros: The crew was very courteous and helpful, they seemed to have a positive attitude and worked with passengers like they really enjoyed their job.
Cons: There was a 3 hour delay outbound and a 9 hour delay inbound. On the inbound flight I was put up in a nice hotel for the day and given a $30 meal voucher. However I missed my connecting flights and had to be put up when I got back to the States. Despite getting in at 10pm I was put on a 5am flight.
Pros: There was nothing to like the experience was horrendous from beginning to now and it’s still not over.
Cons: The lack of empathy from the employees, the lack of professionalism from the company itself, the lack of organization from the company and employees. My flight to Boston was delayed which then resulted in me missing my flight to Panama. Upon boarding the flight from Boston to FLL the flight attendant said I would miss my connecting flight to Panama, but when I arrived to FLL I was told I would have had plenty of time to make my flight. Following these events my luggage was misplaced and is still missing, I had no other choice but books a hotel to stay the night until the next flight to Panama which is at 11 P.M. tonight which is coming out of pocket and expense I feel should be covered by the airline. To add insult to injury I was just informed that I would have to check out by 12 Noon today even though my flight isn’t until 11 that same evening
We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
