The crew kept on supplying 3 passengers with beer and wine, who obviously had too much to drink already and were obnoxiously loud and disturbing the flight.
The food was delicious

I took a roundtrip to Addis Abeba, Ethiopia from Washington, DC. The trip was 13 hours there and 16 on the way back (I think that included a refueling stop in Dublin). There was plenty of food and beverages provided throughout the flight - usually every 3 hours or so. Blankets, pillows, and several movie/entertainment were provided.
I would prefer the the main cabin lights be kept off longer.
This was an A-350 and the plane was very nice. Better entertainment system than the 777. The flight was smooth and the food was good.
It took quite a while before the first service. It would be nice to have a drink service sooner.
We haven’t possiblyty to check in online. Crew smell was terrible, ladies used some perfume, some people was allergic to it
They switched my gate 5 times and lost my baggage.
Francesca was the flight attende t that I had most the most interactions with was very friendly and warm.
The onboard crew were lovely.
Stood at check in for over 30 mins with no staff in sight. Boarding was a disaster. Staff was not prepared nor organized and the crowds were unbearable. Upgraded seats were laughable and not worth an extra $60. Food was mediocre. Entertainment would have been good but GE touchscreens are so old, they were difficult to work.
Quality of service was good in the plane
Not many good recent movies / shows on in flight entertainment. Food was okay. But, the quantity was too little. It took a really long time for a second boarding pass check at London airport. Other airlines don't usually ask for a second check in
