Cons: Flight was 2 Hours late and we missed our connection. We had to wait 3 hours to get a later fligh.
Cons: I always use Kayak to book an international flight Chiang Mai to Denpasar, with my luggage checked through. But this time I went to International in Chiang Mai to check in and found that you had bungled the booking. You booked me Chaing Mai to Bangkok on a DOMESTIC flight, and expected me to get onto the next leg, International, Bangkok to Denpasar, in 2 hours. You left me only 2 hours to disembark in Bangkok, get luggage at the Domestic carousel, go through customs, take luggage to the Check In counter in the International, get boarding pass, go through customs and security. Then race to the boarding gate for my INTERNATIONAL flight to Denpasar. What a trauma. The International Air Asia check in was mobbed!! I only made it in time because staff at the check in found me by chance and put me to the front of the line. I won't use Kayak again, after using you for 15 years. You have a nerve selling such a ticket.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Seat are to narrow
Cons: We boarded late and left late.
Pros: The plane didn't crash
Cons: So far 2 out of 3 flights were delayed, the luggage was lost and no one could figure out where I can go to find it, the seats super uncomfortable, the flight attendant ignored me every time because I was sitting at the window seat
Pros: Good, fast, logical service crew. Seating was tight but that is logical on a short flight. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Staff seemed happy and very pleasant.
Cons: The flight left before scheduled departure time. Many were stranded in Phnom penh. Please issue refunds.
Pros: More leg room than usual. Seats clean.
Pros: Easy check in, nice equipment. Very efficient.
Pros: The crew are novices, but really try their best. Most of the seats on the flight were empty! Great for lying flat. So that’s why tickets are cheeeeaaap.
Cons: Everything about this plane is old. And creaky. Very old seats! The fabric is worn down! NOTHING is available to eat and drink. Zero entertainment. And when the plane gets cold, bring your own blanket, or covering. Other passengers have to be a negative. Some have never flown before, some walk up and down when we are all supposed to be seated. The crew do their best to coral everyone, but they’re just unruly. Best to find your own seat, far away.
Pros: The flight attendants.
Cons: The cheapness of the flight and the food.

Pros: Clean plane, air conditioning
Cons: Bag fees; no free food, snacks or even water
Cons: Air Asia is grossly understaffed at Johor Bahru and rely on Self Check-in kiosks that few of the passengers understand. It’s chaos with horrendously long waits. The international waiting area post-security is tiny with zero dining options. Third world all the way, a distinct contrast to the city, which is great.

Cons: The website clearly says that one checked bag is free, but not that it is only up to 15 kg. Not knowing this, we packed more than 15 kg and ended up having to pay $160 per bag in an overage fee. We had two bags. I would have really appreciated if the airline made the restrictions more clear. I do not plan to fly with Airasia again.
Cons: It’s frustrating that there is ONLY the ability to pay for food/drinks on board and ONLY in cash. It’d be nice if there were at least some free drinks. During my flight to Bangkok I was so sick and needed some soda to settle my stomach. My husband and I didn’t have enough cash and were told cards were not accepted. They refused to give us anything which I thought was cold hearted as I was vomiting and very uncomfortable. Also, the policy to shut down all electronics for take off and landing is so silly. I’m an anxious flyer and I was not told on some air Asia flights to shut it off. Couldn’t understand why the same airline would force me to shut it off on my flight out of Bangkok.
Pros: It was short
Cons: If they could get the air conditioning working, it was extremely hot until we were in the air, then it went off again on our descent
Pros: Good safe flight. Did not have any food and no entertainment. Fine for 1 hour.
Pros: Easy check in, nice equipment. Very efficient.

Pros: Swift easy boarding and departure
Cons: Seats cramped Expensive simple food No complimentary drinks No entertainment
Cons: The ticket agent didn’t book us all the way through to Siem Reap.

Pros: FOLKS PURCHASE EXCESS BAGGAGE WITH EXCESS WEIGHT ONLINE WHILE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE, THEY WARN YOU TOO AS YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS...other than that everything was so quick it didn't feel like the flight ever happened seriously
Cons: Other than my baggage costing almost as much as my flight (which was inexpensive to begin with) what i didn't like has nothing to do with airport, airline or the country because there are always a few obnoxious tourists whom just seem not to know how to behave...
Pros: Horrible
Cons: They wouldn't let us on the flight, even though we applied for a Vietnam passport. They were rude and I. Addition to ruining my vacation, they didn't accredit me my money for another flight.
Pros: The flight attendants.
Cons: The cheapness of the flight and the food.
Pros: Flight arrived early quick and easy boarding Good seat
Cons: Nothing. It was just as expected
Pros: Small plane with no complementary food, snacks or drinks. Didn’t mine since it was a short flight.
Pros: nothing
Cons: Realy expensive
Pros: Clean plane, air conditioning
Cons: Bag fees; no free food, snacks or even water
Pros: The plane didn't crash

Pros: Nice newer plane and mindful staff.
Cons: No free snacks or drink offered.
Cons: The ticket agent didn’t book us all the way through to Siem Reap.
Pros: Uniforms are nice
Cons: All food was for sale not included. Good it was not more than a four hour flight and I happened to have kept some thai money since it was a flight out of thailand. Also, this was our connecting flight - one in the middle of three flights going back to LA. For some reason, the gate attendant decided to have issues with my wife's passport, ticket, and greencard. All were valid. We bought the tickets and were in the middle of the flight, so it was late for any questions..... Took them awhile to determine that the greencard was really none of their business since we were flying through china and into the US on another airline. Luckily we were able to get on the plane before it left. Seems like the gate agents need better training on this.
Pros: Seat are comfortable Plane on time
Cons: Staff is in stress - boarding a mess as usual no rules
Pros: Flight attendants are well dressed and friendly
Cons: My friend and I bought Luang Prabang to Siem Reap tickets with a change in Bangkok. We had both printed our boarding passes and had only carryon bags. They wouldn’t check us in thru to Siem Reap when we were in Luang Prabang, so when we tried to go through transit in Bangkok, the Air Asia agents sent us back to enter Thailand. We had to go through passport control, go up to arrivals and wait in the huge, chaotic lines ( why does AA always have chaotic limes?) and check in again. We then had to go back through immigration and security inspections. Even the immigration and exit officials were questioning why we didn’t go in transit! Took us two hours and lots of extra walking. I only fly Air Asia when I have to, and always think they will have gotten better, but they never do.
Pros: Swift easy boarding and departure
Cons: Seats cramped Expensive simple food No complimentary drinks No entertainment
Cons: Air Asia is a no frills Airline. That’s why it’s Cheap.
Cons: Legroom
Pros: Clean plane, air conditioning
Cons: Bag fees; no free food, snacks or even water
Pros: Arrived
Cons: Food 4 times the same with the pre-booked meal? Wow, really impressive. Fees wherever you see, rather book a proper airline next time.
Pros: The flight attendants.
Cons: The cheapness of the flight and the food.
Cons: The flight left before scheduled departure time. Many were stranded in Phnom penh. Please issue refunds.

Pros: Easy check in, nice equipment. Very efficient.
Pros: I don't remember ordering food, but I got some and it was okay. Knowing AirAsia, I'd better check my card statement.
Cons: Why give out three or four zones for boarding but only use zone 1, then anything goes afterwards?
Pros: Smooth flight no food or entertainment and did not take any food for a short flight
Pros: Small plane with no complementary food, snacks or drinks. Didn’t mine since it was a short flight.

Cons: I got my second section e-ticket, but Thai ground staff didn’t allow me to transfer, so I have to exchange money and pay the visa fee, and then arrival Thailand, and hard to find a place to departure, also, the flight got delayed....
Pros: The service and overall flight experience with Thai AirAsia was superb.
Cons: There was absolutely nothing that I disliked about the flight - really great overall!

Here's why:
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an

and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
