Flight attendants were great and can't beat the price!

Flight was delayed for over 2 hours and did not once get an update from frontier staff on what was going on...nor did they apologize for the delay when we finally boarded.

Atleast they fly to Souix Falls

They closed the check in area 45 min. Before flight, thankfully everything was on our phones and it's a small airport so the TSA got us through so we could Chek in at the gate. 3+ hour delay for "maintenance issues" (found out it was a paperwork issue the plain was fine the whole time). We boarded, then after an hour we were let off the plain to go to the bar, which was closed but they reopened for us, but no food. We were starting to figure out if we needed to rent a car before the rental places closed. Finally got back on the plain, and got to Denver. Frontier send an apology letter with a 50 dollar credit, we spent more at the bar while we were waiting. Frontier is only good for last minute cheap flights then they nickel and dime you to death. Their customer service sucks, the last time I was on Southwest with a delayed flight, (only about an hour late and the plain was late coming into Denver) they gave us a 200 dollar voucher right then and there, apologized a ton, and gave anyone over 21 a free drink. I'll be sticking with southwest even if it cost a little more!

The scheduled plane had a mechanical problem so we deplaned for alternative plan. It took six long hours to get another plane in. Meantime passengers stood in line for hours to make other arrangements. It would have been appropriate for the airline to call in extra staff to help stranded passengers. We missed the scheduled connecting flight and a tour. We got in at 1:00 am, 12 hours later than planned. We had meetings next day and were very tired because we got in so late

The counter person was nice & did a good job of giving us our options DUE TO FRONTIER CANCELING THE FLIGHT.

I was told that Frontier could not help us find another airline and that the soonest they could get me on another flight was 5 DAYS. I was told if I could find another airline on my own that FRONTIER WOULD REFUND THE TICKET PRICE SINCE I DID NOTHING WRONG. I submitted for a refund and was denied the refund. WTF frontier whats going on??

Let's see - I was in first class. The flight itself was fine - and only one hour + late!

Food - Served the "breakfast" (when it was called a protein plate) I had coming (into MSP). for "lunch" on the way back (called it a meat plate for lunch. One slice turkey, one slice jamon, one egg, cinnamon roll and fruit. Just because they don't want to serve bread - they call it a protein plate? I'm not on a protein diet. Food was pretty sick for the amount I paid for the fight. Stewardess said it was against Republic's rules to give a customer a can of tonic water (so I could add to the small amount of vodka) - she also told me that it was against Delta's, American's and United's rules to give a can - strange? First Class seat did not recline. First Class was freezing per every flight on this segment (the stewardesses sit in the back and don't want to be uncomfortable - if they make the front warm - the back is too hot for them (not joking on this one). So many things to list - that I will finish on the AA site.

Lack of complimentary beverages. High charge for checked luggage & carry on luggage. Too many additional charges. Enjoyed flying with other carriers better with amenities with cost equal to or less than cost to fly Frontier. Late departure.

The flight attendants were very kind and hoped to make up for the pilot’s negligence.

Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.

There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!

Lack of complimentary beverages. High charge for checked luggage & carry on luggage. Too many additional charges. Enjoyed flying with other carriers better with amenities with cost equal to or less than cost to fly Frontier. Late departure.

I had a problem when I was printing my ticket. I called Frontier about the problem. They fixed the error, waived the extra fee and as long as she had me on the phone she walked me through the rest of my check in. When I got to the airport the staff at the Frontier counters were very friendly and courteous. The flight attendants were also upbeat and good with the passengers.

About the only good thing I have to say about this flight was that the pilot was good about communicating what was going on as a result of bad weather in the area of our destination.

Overall the Frontier staff was not helpful. They had no information and didn't really seem to care. The flight attendants were doing the bare minimum. And when asked a question they were not helpful and also didn't seem to care about the comfort of the passengers. Several of the overhead lamps on this plane were out. Even though we had to wait on the plane for over an hour before departing, no drinks were offered (unless you wanted to pay for them). I think there are things that can be done to make an experience more enjoyable even when things are not great. Like offering a free soft drink to passengers as they wait etc. Being cheerful can go a long way, and we weren't getting that from this Frontier crew.

Basic Economy fare will flag at the kiosk for check-in. I'd rather have a warning to indicate no Carry On bag allowed, and flag at the gate for them to check. Both legs of the trip caused an extra 5-10 minutes to wait for help to proceed

They should board the plane from the back to front, it just makes sense to do it this way, less people out if place and it would board faster

The flight was very smooth and the landing also was very good. The selection of movie are plenty.

Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated.

That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control.

There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!

The scheduled plane had a mechanical problem so we deplaned for alternative plan. It took six long hours to get another plane in. Meantime passengers stood in line for hours to make other arrangements. It would have been appropriate for the airline to call in extra staff to help stranded passengers. We missed the scheduled connecting flight and a tour. We got in at 1:00 am, 12 hours later than planned. We had meetings next day and were very tired because we got in so late

About the only good thing I have to say about this flight was that the pilot was good about communicating what was going on as a result of bad weather in the area of our destination.

Overall the Frontier staff was not helpful. They had no information and didn't really seem to care. The flight attendants were doing the bare minimum. And when asked a question they were not helpful and also didn't seem to care about the comfort of the passengers. Several of the overhead lamps on this plane were out. Even though we had to wait on the plane for over an hour before departing, no drinks were offered (unless you wanted to pay for them). I think there are things that can be done to make an experience more enjoyable even when things are not great. Like offering a free soft drink to passengers as they wait etc. Being cheerful can go a long way, and we weren't getting that from this Frontier crew.

Got me to my destination. Made my connection. What was the entertainment?

Lack of complimentary beverages. High charge for checked luggage & carry on luggage. Too many additional charges. Enjoyed flying with other carriers better with amenities with cost equal to or less than cost to fly Frontier. Late departure.

Flight attendants were great and can't beat the price!

Flight was delayed for over 2 hours and did not once get an update from frontier staff on what was going on...nor did they apologize for the delay when we finally boarded.

Atleast they fly to Souix Falls

They closed the check in area 45 min. Before flight, thankfully everything was on our phones and it's a small airport so the TSA got us through so we could Chek in at the gate. 3+ hour delay for "maintenance issues" (found out it was a paperwork issue the plain was fine the whole time). We boarded, then after an hour we were let off the plain to go to the bar, which was closed but they reopened for us, but no food. We were starting to figure out if we needed to rent a car before the rental places closed. Finally got back on the plain, and got to Denver. Frontier send an apology letter with a 50 dollar credit, we spent more at the bar while we were waiting. Frontier is only good for last minute cheap flights then they nickel and dime you to death. Their customer service sucks, the last time I was on Southwest with a delayed flight, (only about an hour late and the plain was late coming into Denver) they gave us a 200 dollar voucher right then and there, apologized a ton, and gave anyone over 21 a free drink. I'll be sticking with southwest even if it cost a little more!

Let's see - I was in first class. The flight itself was fine - and only one hour + late!

Food - Served the "breakfast" (when it was called a protein plate) I had coming (into MSP). for "lunch" on the way back (called it a meat plate for lunch. One slice turkey, one slice jamon, one egg, cinnamon roll and fruit. Just because they don't want to serve bread - they call it a protein plate? I'm not on a protein diet. Food was pretty sick for the amount I paid for the fight. Stewardess said it was against Republic's rules to give a customer a can of tonic water (so I could add to the small amount of vodka) - she also told me that it was against Delta's, American's and United's rules to give a can - strange? First Class seat did not recline. First Class was freezing per every flight on this segment (the stewardesses sit in the back and don't want to be uncomfortable - if they make the front warm - the back is too hot for them (not joking on this one). So many things to list - that I will finish on the AA site.

Kansas City airport has to be the worst in the country. Over an hour to get through TSA.

I was to be in Kansas City at 4PM and did not get in until after 11PM. Two planes with mechanical problems. The return flight was ahead of schedule all the way.

The flight attendants were very kind and hoped to make up for the pilot’s negligence.

Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.

The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.

Virtually no food options.

I had a problem when I was printing my ticket. I called Frontier about the problem. They fixed the error, waived the extra fee and as long as she had me on the phone she walked me through the rest of my check in. When I got to the airport the staff at the Frontier counters were very friendly and courteous. The flight attendants were also upbeat and good with the passengers.
