We were delayed. Crew was rude. Then we flew to another airport just to get fuel, which further delayed us. We arrived late to the connecting airport and missed our connecting flight home. Not given food vouchers. Had to pay for 1 checked bag despite flying internationally. Overall, very dissasatisfied with Alaska Airlines and I will be sure to go out of my way not to book again with Alaska.
I would like to possibly see some better food options maybe for people who can not consume dairy. With the many different cheese platters, I was very uninterested. I had an early flight and thought I'd be able to eat something with a sort of substance. I was quite disappointed, I guess I'll have to be the annoying customer who brings chipotle on the plane next time.
Customer service was great and there is actual legroom in coach!
On time and no lines
I checked in to the flight 24 hours ahead to ensure I got an aisle seat, because I knew I’d probably be going back and forth from the bathroom because I had been feeling ill. When I got to the ticket check to board the flight, my name wasn’t found in the system, and I was turned away to go back to the front desk. So I did, and the person there was seemingly able to get me an aisle seat in the same row, just across from where I originally was. But, when I got to the row, another man was in that spot and showed me his ticket which was the same seat I’d seemingly been re-assigned! The middle seat was empty, and so I sat there for the time being, while we enquired about it. One of the flight attendants said they’d look into it, but just seemed to brush it off and never gave us a response. I was mainly annoyed about being shuffled around, getting reassigned a spot and was clear about wanting an aisle seat, and it never happened even though I chose that seat 24 hours ahead in the first place. I felt there were a few chances to make it right, but it never happened.

My entire flight experience was delightful. Was dry impressed with the staff both at Hartsfield-Jackson and DFW...and our flight crew was positively sublime.
Flight was on time. Boarded quickly with no fuss.
Easy and efficient boarding for a busy flight. Efficient, attentive and intuitive cabin crew. Good in-flight entertainment and facilities.
The aircraft was extremely cold throughout the duration of the flight. Of all of the long haul airlines I've flown with, I find that American Airlines offers the least leg room.
Smooth operation, on time
Seat pitch on the plane unbelievably cramped. When seats are so close that if you drop something on the floor you have to be a contortionist to get it, you know it's a problem NEVER fly the 787-900 economy.
The food is very tasty, but AA has not changed the menu in at least one year.
Plane was old and dirty, seat pocket had junk in it. Seat was broken and couldn’t stay up. In flight movies were from few years back with a center tv and no head rest screen. Crew on overseas flights tend to be older in age and less tolerant..much better on continental on the same route.

The food was particularly poor this flight.
No PED was available didn’t have anything for entertainment if you weren’t buying it seems every thing available for 3 hour flight and flight was scheduled for 2 hours and 55 minutes No snacks made available came thru once had a small bag of pretzels cup of coffee and never came back
That it got me to Paris safe
No outlets to charge your phone, and the tv played the same movie over and over. The meals were also cheap. Didn't like any of them. Should have flown southwest or delta.
The United pilot we flew that day. did great job. we arrive safe to the distination despite of the climate condition. im happy for the service.so far im satified..
the delayed flight this time almost cause us to lost our next flight in chicago. thats what i dont like. wish this wont happen next time..
Fortunately as a passenger the economy flight area was very spacious due to low numbers of passengers. Which provided a comfortable seating space.
The entertainment could and been a little more variable in the film range provided. But generally overall I had a excellent flight. Food was good. Crew were very good and I would definitely consider flying United on my next visit out and recommend that my family did. Thank you United.
