Cons: "I was told that 30 minutes is plenty of time to make a connection at DCA. However in order to make a connection there you need to take a bus across the tarmac. The bus sat on the tarmac loading up with way too many people for 10+ min… Almost missed our connection"
Cons: "Missed the flight due to poor staff and a delayed landing from my crossover. Given how childish the ground staff were being, I can only assume the flight staff wouldn't be much better."
Cons: "All good"
Cons: "Seats what happened to towlets after food Also never asked if we would like water etc I felt invisible"
Pros: "On time and quick boarding."

Cons: "The plane was very old and didn't have entertainment for a 7 hour international flight. Seems like AA is stuck in the past."
Cons: "We left two hours late"
Cons: "After boarding the plane, it lost power. We sat at the gate with no air conditioning for almost an hour. While they tried to jump start the plane. After deboarding due to the heat (Dallas temps around 105 F), instead of telling us the next available plane to put us on was going to be 5 hours later, they delayed the flight 15-30 minutes at a time. This was a flight from Dallas to Austin and I could have rented a car and driven in a shorter amount of time."
Cons: "Nothing was good! Horrible horrible airline!"
Cons: "Tight not comfortable"
Pros: "Went without a hitch"
Pros: "I had a great experience on my flight and the staff could NOT have done a better job. I want to thank everyone from the boarding gate to the deboarding gate, for such a nice experience. But listen up Americans, the entertainment would’ve been better, if one: the internet was free like it was in MEXICO! And two: the sound worked for the movies. (That might’ve been my fault... or my phone’s fault). But, the free texting was something only available in a country to which Donald Trump (the most patriotic American in his whole wide mind) thinks is so inferior! What’s up America? Can’t afford to give us free WiFi in our planes? I hear ya... What’re you gonna do Trump, build a wall around the United State’s overpriced internet service?!? Just kidding folks! I had a great flight!"
Cons: "I didn’t like nothing! Haha... see that just sounds cool and negative to say... but if you want to get technical and check my syntax and grammar and stuff, that means I DID like EVERYTHING! And I did! Thanks American I appreciate you!"
Cons: "Delayed flight and missed connection flight to KC"
Pros: "Movie was the only positive side of the trip. Cramp seats."
Cons: "Subpar in every aspect. Landing was horrible with a hard touch that made everyone bounce."
Pros: "Boarding on time and arrived to my destination on time."
Cons: "no comment"
Cons: "The crew was rude, one member complained the whole time saying she deserved a raise. We sat on the runway an hour because we were overweight and had to burn off fuel (which lead to me almost missing my connecting flight. they didn't ask before having someone sit next to me (when the seat was suppose to be free). was woken for every reason except food. check in was a nightmare and I was selected for extra checks (so I couldn't check in online). Terrible. Will never fly American Airlines again!"
Pros: "Early arrival"
Cons: "Delayed over two hrs due to mech. Known long befire scheduled departure according to pilot. Did not know why alt plane was not provided sooner! Not best airline as claimed!"
Cons: "Connecting to LAX through Toronto was frustrating. We were told in Dublin that our bags were checked all the way through to LA and they weren't. (Been through Toronto before and thought maybe they had changed the procedure) Airport signage could be improved to accurately inform of baggage pickup and drop off with your connecting air carrier. (Our traveling companions ended up missing the flight home in the confusion.) The airport is going through renovations, maybe it will improve. The flight to LA wasn't stocked properly with food. They ran out of sandwiches/fruit and cheese plates by the first few rows in the main cabin. No earbuds available for those who needed them. Cramped seating. This flight was with BA partner American Airlines"
Cons: "Flight crew was very rude and seems she was not happy to attend customers request."
Cons: "Took forever"
Cons: "Had to wait for pilot coming from Mexico flight for 20 mins after everyone boarded"
Pros: "Got to my destination without any delays"
Cons: "I booked a window seat and sat by a wall instead with no window. Seats were very cramped."
Cons: "I was very cramped in my seat."
Cons: "Rude staff"
Cons: "Plane needs updating. Pretty outdated and dirty"
Pros: "Everything was on time and great."
Cons: "Ever thing was fine."
Cons: "The seats are too tight."
Pros: "Flight was on time"
Cons: "Boarding agent was unpleasant. Crew was incompetent. Asked for Woodford Reserve. She gave us Jack Daniels. Asked for Gingerale. She Made an inappropriate comment as to why she was depleted of Gingerale. She offered it to us only after we pointed it out to her on her cart. Man in seat next to me did not get served a drink at all. Did not offer headphones. No wifi for 3/4 of trip."
Pros: "not a lot"
Cons: "flights were re-scheduled and therefore had to travel a day early causing overnight expenses in NY. Re-scheduled flight was also delayed by an hour!"
Cons: "The seat was extremely comfortable."
Pros: "Older aircraft, seat cushion was on its last legs regarding comfort as I sunk to the frame of the seat. No onboard entertainment on the headrest as compared with our outgoing flight."
Cons: "The seat discomfort and the lack of entertainment."
Pros: "Check in and boarding was quick"
Pros: "The only thing I liked was how polite and helpful the staff was at the airport."
Cons: "The flight attendants both seemed unhappy and we're not very polite. They hardly came through the cabin at all. It took a while to get anything. They mostly just stayed in the back talking to each other. The pilot didn't greet us. Just stood there when we walked in. And there was a kid screaming for most of the trip. My seat was broken and wouldn't recline. This was my first trip flying, and on the trip to Miami I flew with Delta. The service with them was tremendously better. I was really disappointed."
Cons: "Did not get to finish the movie I was watching on my first flight and movies were not offered on this flight."
Pros: "The pilot apologized for the delay and promised to get us there as quick as he can, if that was possible. But, it was thoughtful of him."
Cons: "Although I was informed that the flight was delayed, it was too late, I was already at the airport. A two delay ended up being three hours delay. When it was time to board, we had to wait for a crew member, further delaying boarding. Finally on the flight, I was served cold coffee!!! There was no blanket!"
Pros: "Wasn't over booked"
Cons: "No entertainment no offer to up grade"
Cons: "When I noticed on the itinerary that the layover only gave me 35 minutes I knew it would be a problem. I missed my flight and never got to Pensacola . AA staff were not very Empathetic. It seems to happen often. I'm in a hotel and praying that my flight leaves today."
Pros: "The in flight entertainment app was nice."
Cons: "I liked the in flight entertainment app however my powers source for my device wasn't working well and I couldn't finish the movie that I had purchased."
Pros: "Only one word can be used to describe my experiences with American Airlines: seamless. From beginning to end, my trip with American Airlines was a relaxing experience."
