This airline is disaster. They trielt live on the planet don’t give a &$!@ Made us buy new tickets for the following day for a type o on the ticket. They just didn’t care...
They kept me and my two year old in the plane for almost 4 hours and told us that we will take off every ten minutes, but obviously we never did. We got rebooked for the following day. They provided a small room to stay in and $7 wach for food. They treated us like a huge inconvenience. We had to pay for food, my husband had to take another day off work to come get us. This airline is shameless. We are spending more money to with a different air line next time.
Nothing there to like
There was delay both sides, the food, drinks, tea was costly you even have to pay for a very small luggage
Food was reasonably priced. Price of flight was great.
Not a lot of room. Tight space.
Customer service, flight cancelled with no alternative offered

We where really late and they where very helpfull.
Missed my connecting flight from Helsinki to Miami because the flight from New Delhi, India was delayed by more than 4 hours.
I think this airline has an attention to detail and level of service which surpasses most other airlines. Whilst remaining competitive these factors make traveling with Finnair a far more comfortable and attractive proposition for me. In addition, Helsinki airport must be one of the best around.
Beautiful new modern aircraft & plenty of spare seats on the flight. Paid for Economy comfort & it was worth it.
Did not like that you had to pay for drinks & snacks. For someone of Finnair’s standing, you would think they would include it.
Nice crew that were helpful.
Small plane, cramped seating.
Leg room was NOT enough. Had an altercation with the person sitting in front of me when she wanted to recline her seat.
The space/seat size was very limited
everything is ok but food is bad. better give to passenger fruit or bisquit, wafers
