I liked the flight attendant in first class. Unfortunately I was not in first class
I did not like the attitude of the obese old man (I, too, am an obese old woman) as I saw it toward some of my cabin mates.

Our connection from Zurich arrived as boarding had begun in Reykjavik. When we arrived at the gate, it looked like business class had already been called, so there was HUGE mob gathered about the gate including small children. An employee worked her way through the crowd randomly checking passports and marking boarding passes. Eventually we made it onto the shuttle which drove us out to the plane. I wouldn't like to fly Icelandair overnight because I wouldn't be able to sleep at all in the business class seats since they don't recline that much.

Food - not enough choices and very little that could be a "meal." I was on a long flight from Europe, was very hungry and wanted a real meal. Also, on European flights, you would think SOME offerings would be included (but they were not!).

The snacks were decent on the flight. Everything else was a disappointment.
Unexpected delay for take off after being told the flight was going to be on time. They couldn’t give us a reason or an eta on take off while waiting at the gate which affected my ride situation once I landed in Seattle.

We nearly missed the plane due to how closely our flights were scheduled. Then our luggage did not arrive with us our plane. We didnt have time to stop for a snack or water so a small something would have been helpful.

Since I'm in a wheelchair the folks were ready at the gate to assist me with the aisle chair. Once on board, the crew informed me of an aisle chair in the plane so during the flight I can use the bathroom. This was my first time using the plane washroom. Food was great.
I can't get same helpful crew for Intl flights.
Lots of video entertainment options and economy plus was very comfortable.
A380 takes a long time to load everyone onto plane and get everyone off the plane as well.

I began asking for my wheelchair escort the minute I got off the plane. I was assured in Houston they would be there when I got to Detroit. They were not. The request was clearly spelled out on my boarding pass along with my personal oxygen equipment information. I kept asking different staff and they would call for me then say somebody would be there. I waited for an entire hour and only when I started to cry did somebody do something. It was terribly stressful.
The seats reclined, movie selection was good, unfortunately the food and beverages costs extra.
The plane was full so it was difficult to get our seats changed. Unfortunately there was a couple that was late which delayed our plane. But the crew was informative and we arrived close to the original time.

My daughter booked this for me and went cheap, so partly my fault.. I never spend over five hours on a flight and got zero to eat; no peanuts, no anything.. food, snacks and drinks were way overpriced

There not enough time for right connections if always delayed, bags are not at the destinatiion, no drinking water without ovepriced purchase on the plane from London to Prague,
There was a wide selection of movies and TV shows.
I ordered the chicken salad for the small meal that we had, but I didn't care for it and didn't eat much except the roll. The boarding instructions were difficult to hear and the business class passengers were checked into a very small area between the lobby and the jetway where we had to wait to make sure the plane was ready for boarding. I'm 5'2" tall. The seats were roomy and comfortable, but I was unable to reach the footrests and the seat didn't recline very far.

British airways new I'l be late , they could send someone to pick me up from the security point, so I could have been on time.

They magically appeared with water when I got thirsty and were all great. Veg entree from Hiltl good but a little surprising. Baked apple slices on top of mac & cheese? Sure, why not.? And 2 chocolate bars this flight!
Again could not check in online., or at self-serve kiosk at airport. General complaint to all airlines: You can do better with boarding efficiency.

Though our flight got delayed, we arrived almost on time.
Because the flight was delayed, boarding seemed a bit chaotic. Everybody tried to board at the same time. The seat had technical issues - it would either recline or be upright. The crew had to spend quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to return from a flat bed to the upright position. Entertainment was re-booted 3-4 times during the flight to get it to work consistently.

Equipment was nice and well maintained. Seats are comfortable for coach. Video at each seat. Friendly staff.

Everything is good except our lunch as described below.
They ran out of chicken breast in our lunch packages, so the stewardess went back to get it. After 10 minutes she still did not show up, we turned on the help light, and still no one came. Finally she passed by and we reminded her the 2 chicken breast lunch packs, she said : "Sorry, I've forgotten about them" and ran back to get them for us.
