Seat back monitors and outlets were dead and not working.

Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.

I usually have a positive experience with Delta. Complimentary upgrades are always nice!

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

It was a crowded flight. They did the best they could.

Super good crew... food was pretty awful- overall Delta is my favorite carrier- takes off on time, good boarding process etc.

I love flying DELTA it's my favorite airline to fly I love the staff the flight attendants and most importantly the safe flights that the pilots bring every time!!!! period!! My experience has been beautiful every time....I hope the good standards will always be kept

Service was good for such a short flight. Small plane but smooth flight.

Boarding was a little confusing as many folks were trying to get on through priority boarding instead of general. Everything else was excellent.

Worst flight in my life. Only was scheduled for a 45 min flight to get our connection flight. It was late by 40 minutes and we missed our connection. Delta was totally useless trying to help and unable to get my family on the next flight because they overbooked it Thus had to get a hotel at my expense and lost a day at Disney as a result. Cost me about a $1000 if you add 2 hotels meals shuttles etc to get thru the day Awful customer service by Delta in Detroit totally useless people

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.

their gluten free lactose meal is the best, I have never been satisfied with my flight meals. I definitely enjoyed my flight and the chair is very spacious for economy. I'm so glad Delta is my flight way back to NY.

Even though my seat is a paid seat, I was told to give up my seat to a passenger. I tried to ask the CA to negotiate, and when I spoke in Japanese, the CA fled. I had to find a Japanese CA and ask them to deal with it. . After takeoff, I spilled my coffee, and when I asked the flight attendant for a towel, she told me to wipe it off with a wet tissue. My clothes got wet, so I asked CA for an extra blanket, but I had to wait for an hour.

My concern is with Flight: 441 IAH-FRA I was very cramped in my seat and the person in front of me was reclined. I pulled my wallet out of my purse and when finished I did my best to cram it back into my purse. Our flight was very delayed and we were rebooked twice and lots of airport time. As I got off the flight I noticed that I had dropped my wallet( containing all my credit & debit bank cards + 240 US dollars & 240 Euros. I spoke to customer service & Lost &Found. I was denied access to look on the plane. Therefore I have been without money and given no help. Paula Bjork 503.545.6698

During the flight there was a medical emergency. We were diverted. Of course I'm thankful they cared for the health of that passenger, but they did a poor job of communicating with the rest of us passengers. In the end we arrived at our destination several hours late, with no direction of how to rebook missed connecting flights. It all worked out in the end. Those of us that needed accommodations were put up in a hotel by Lufthansa until we could make it to our final destination. But it was United Airlines Personnel who really helped us navigate the process.

Our flight to Chicago O'Hare was delayed an hour, causing us to miss our connection to MSP and spend an extra 3 hours at O'Hare so we could board a plane with a damaged door and wait another 45 minutes or so. The crew was great, the food decent, The drinks were great: 2 glasses of a nice South African Shiraz, an ice cold can of Beck's Beer, and Dewar's White Label on the rocks.

A350 has great entertainment. Make sure to watch the plane's external tail and nose camera's on landing and take off. Seats were a little hard for a 10 hour flight. I am gluten intolerant, they had good alternative meals for me on the flight.

Need more time for connecting flights in Munich Food seems worse now on Lufthansa Very uncomfortable seats

Good with last minute upgrade Clt to Munich comfortable. Wish same offer had been there Mumbai to Munich

In a half empty plane LH put me on the only row in Economy plus were 3 people were sitting. Instead of asking either one of us if we'd like to switch to an empty center row , they moved people from the back to the empty middle rows. In the end I felt cheated because I paid more for my seat and lost out.

+ Clean, modern plane. - Despite the cabin had only 50% occupancy I was cramped in a row with 2 other people. Almost all other rows had only 1 person. I would have expected the airline to offer assistance other than a flight attendant to tell people in the back of the plane to find available seats. Next time I will not purchase an upgraded seat and hope I get my personal row for free.

Overall experience is good with boarding and food. There was no entertainment provided on a leg that made it bit harder.

My baggage did not arrived with me. Took 3 days to get it after so may calls and follow up

The crew was very attentive and kept busy serving a variety of treats!

Both mine and my husband's chairs were broken. Also it took 2 hours to get our bags after our flight which was wild.

Not enough trash pickups throughout the flight. Everything else was great.

Overall good, the gluten free food is very hit/miss though and you must tell them you have an allergy days in advance.

All was good. The headphones they supply are of poor quality. The food is good but too much dairy.
