Cons: "In JFK, they asked to check in every single carry on. This is very inconvenient and adds time upon arrival. Considering that this is a late evening flight, the more you wait the later it gets. If this plane has not enough space they should use other plane"

Cons: "I got singled out by a staff member to request me to check my bag while the passenger behind me had a bigger carry on bag. My other 2 friends had carry on backpacks about the same size as well but they didn't get stopped. I didn't know why I got picked on."

Even though you arrive at the airport 3 hours before your flight (international) you check in online, and you print out your boarding pass, you still wait in line for almost 2 hours. I hope they find a way to speed things up."

Cons: "We were delayed for about 4 hours. We had to get on and off the plane a few times, until they finally told everyone that the flight has been canceled. Had to book another flight with a different airline."

Pros: "We booked premier class and enjoyed the extra comfort. The first leg of the trip went well."
Cons: "The second leg of our trip had a flight cancellation, so we got bumped out of premier class even though we had already paid for it. There was an 8-hour delay in Mexico City and the second leg of our trip was no-frills, so we have to go through Aeromexico's online process to get reimbursed."

Cons: "There were two runways in Mexico City and one was under maintenance so it took a long time from the moment we landed to the time we were able to get out of the plane. Then, they took our check-in luggage from the plane and it went through an inspection (bag by bag), so this caused another hour delay. After that they gave us our check-in luggage for us to take it to another location (to another floor) within the airport to be checked-in again. They wanted to charge us $20.00 additional per check-in bag even though they were half of the weight limit. After we complained, they dropped this charge. Due to all the delays we lost our connection and we had to book another flight. Not a good experience. We will never make a stop in Mexico in the future."

Pros: "The gate agents got me extra legroom in emergency row because i am very tall, at no extra charge. Airplanes were newer, very nice crew, on time."
Cons: "The Mexico City transfer was weird, and inconvenient. You have to retrieve your luggage, go through Mexican immigration, recheck your bags, go through security again, and the layover was over 4 hours. You pay less, but it winds up being a very long, exhausting trip. I will take a US carrier from Quito to San Francisco, Reno or Vegas next time fir this reason alone."

Cons: "Cancelled my flight, rebooked me two days later with no meal vouchers, hotels or accommodations. Booked on another carrier and asked for refund on cancelled leg and was told no. Why does SkyTeam partner with a carrier that has no intention of providing any type of commitment to its customers."

Cons: "Aeromexico's online check in system needs a total revamp. Trying to check in online was a nightmare. I eventually gave up. Also, they charge extra for checked luggage, like most airlines today. What's different is that they make it really difficult to pay for your bag. After I waited in line to check in and the agent confirmed my reservation, I was sent across the concourse to a separate Aeromexico office to pay for my bag, rather than simply paying at the check in desk. I was lucky I had the extra time to make it to the gate to catch my flight."

Cons: "The Guy didn't assign seats together for us even though there were enough seats, so we had to explain him to do so, I to not understand why do I have to take tings away from my luggage to my hand bag in order to document it for free, the plane will carry exactly the same weight but inside the cabin; I suggest to use an overall weight including the passenger weight for allowance. The guy didn't tell that we had to pick our luggage in Mexico City and put it to the connecting flight."

Cons: "I am not sure if it's something new that you guys changed but on my way back from Guadalajara to Chicago they charged me for my luggage, but when I flew frome chicago to guadalajara they didn't charge me I don't know if it was something that change that I wasn't notified or what but I don't think that was fair that I had to pay without me being notified that there was a change if there was one , other than that everything else went great"
