Cons: "Aside Angel and Roberto from the crew, everything else was a disaster with this flight to New York and specifically with JetBlue. Always on delays with every single flight that I had take before, crew personal with a bad attitude and a non effective communication with other passangers. We even lost our first flight returning to our destination because of a misunderstanding with a passanger and one crew member, they made all the passanger to get out of the airplane, after being inside for an hour, then they told us that we lost the flight and they will accommodate us in other flights. We were left there without no hotels, and returning flights with absurd hours of flight and stop, instead of one as before direct to our destination. They report the incident as if it was a weather issue and JetBlue didn’t gave accommodation to all the passanger because of the supposedly reason of weather conditions, and in that manner they don’t provide hotels. By phone I changed my flight to next day and a direct flight back home, but at the counter at the airport they were very mean and with no ways to attend passangers."

Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed."

The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and was a welcome personality so early in the day. As a service member, I would like to thank him for his service. He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. My bag fit the meassurements and still was forced to check it (which I did not want to do as I did not want to be waiting an hour for my bag at my arrival as I had work early the next day. In addition there was airplaine traffic as it was "rush hour" instead of flying at 7:45 we departed almost at 9pm!!!! Have to pay for food Quality of tv monitors very poor And in an uncomfortable position No movie options No wifi although stated the aircraft has Non functioning electrical plug"

The bag even fit into the luggage measuring thing they had at the gate. The only thing sticking out of it were my wheels by 1/2 of an inch. When I measured at home they were even within the measurements posted on their website so I think the luggage measuring tool they use was off. Even it it weren’t, this is a completely discretionary issue that is COMPLETELY up to the agent you deal with. I am an elite traveler with many different travel brands and I’ve had a bag weigh 53 pounds and the agent has let it slide and I’ve had others that were very “by the book” which is fine. A policy is a policy and I respect that completely but this was downright wrong because I know without a doubt that my measurements were correct and even the weight of less than 35 pounds was correct. They also didn’t let me see if it would fit underneath the seat in front of me before charging me. Had they offered that and then if it didn’t made me pay I would have been ok with that but none of this was allowed. My suggestion is not to get caught in their dirt cheap airfare because they will find a way to screw you in the end. They lost a customer for life over $45 dollars. I went all the way to customer service management over the phone and all they did was credit me $15 for the issue which wasn’t fair in my opinion because of all the hoops I had to jump through to get that done was exhausting. Think before you click “BOOK NOW”! The airline overall was less than mediocre as well. Definitely nothing worth flying again even if I hadn’t had the issue I had. I’d pay more for more next time."
