Pros: "Nothing. I missed a family members funeral and no one at the airline cares. I ended up staying home because the flight was delayed 8 hours."
Cons: "Customer service didn't even try to find connecting flights and informed us that there were no other flights going to Phoenix. Which was a lie. I will never book with American again."

Cons: "Gate person could have been more accommodating given I was not supplied a boarding pass. Had to get seat assigned at gate and she was irritated that I did not have a boarding pass. On plane stewardess was indifferent to issues with chairv and my attempt to change seat."

Pros: "Amazing crew and boarding process (given our priority status), great food throughout the flight."

Cons: "The crew could not have been any less accommodating for a nursing mother flying without my baby and needing to pump. I will be writing and submitting an official complaint to American Airlines ."

Cons: "Delays that were not weather related. Ground crew changed shift and delayed us 30 mins and then they got a strap stuck that delayed us further. Overlap crews so that u always have a crew to work the flights"

Cons: "Boarded faster and a bigger plane to put roller bags in the over head bin instead of checking them"

Pros: "liked the crew, but didn't know that we would have to check our bags, since the plane was small & had no overhead. Also, I wish I would have been told ahead of time, that I would have to check my bag again going home, even though the plane did have overhead space. Other than that, I love AA!"
Cons: "I didn't get very good instructions about picking up my carry on bag plane side. I was told to go to the baggage claim instead by a staff member when I came out of the plane, but this was wrong, so I ended up waiting a very long time for them to bring me my carry on bag to the baggage claim."

Pros: "The flight was wonderful,even with delays American Airlines was horrible at accommodation and food vouchers"
Cons: "Not putting us on cots in MIAMI, food vouchers and overall it was an AA issue that was horrible"

Cons: "plane was too hot...AA needs to keep a lower temp and pump air through their plane...on a crowded flight like this was, claustrophobia set in. First time I ever experienced this."

Cons: "Very cold cabin despite request to make it warmer, making it impossible to sleep. Food was cheap, carb-heavy fare - rice, crackers, a roll, sugar dessert bisquets all in one meal."

Pros: "The flight crew were absolutely marvelous and were wonderful on board."
Cons: "British Airways had too tight of connections on flights that we purchased and then they ran late. Because of this, we had to rebook both going to Europe and coming back. Our friends were then charged extra luggage fees when being put on a domestic flight back home after going through customs. It will be difficult for me to want to use British Airways again because of all the flight change notifications we got before traveling and then once we did actual travel."

Cons: "Delayed for 3 hours in SJU, no notice until after departure time had passed. Missed my connection , offered only option if 4 hours lay over. waist of time x whole day"

Pros: "Boarding staff helped me change to a seat that was suited better for my child and I- I was SO grateful. During the flight, flight staff made sure my child was happy/comfortable which meant a lot to me."
Cons: "The normal things- better cushioned seats with some lumbar for those of us with back/nerve issues; a little wider seat options in economy for heavier people or those with lap infants; Honestly I’m reaching because I was just really happy with my flight/plane/crew service."

Cons: "Crew was a little rude when they offering the cards I wanted one and the guy just said you don’t leave in the USA right ? So is USA residents only, Am sure there are several ways explained this without being as rude as he was"

Cons: "The plane had a very good entertainment system with a lot of good movies, but the flight had no earphones available, so only the passengers that had their own ear/headphones could use it. Other than that, the flight attendants were not kind in any way and items present in the onboard menu, were not available, as I asked for Pringles and there was none. I did not see anybody eating some food in this flight, other than the mini pretzels served. How a 3hour flight arriving at 09 PM, had no food onboard?"

Cons: "I fly this flight every week. In 4 months it has been significantly delayed, usually with mechanical issues all but twice."

Cons: "No TV's in back of seats (aisle TV's with poor resolution), no ac outlets, no wifi onboard. Needed to change a tire, flight was delayed 2 hrs"

Pros: "This was probably one of the best flights I've had. Attentive flight attendants and the seats were very comfortable. I would definitely fly again."

Cons: "After madly rushing to get to the gate, we found out 5 minutes before scheduled boarding time that there would be a 15 minute delay in boarding. After that, we were told there would be another 30 minute delay. Once we were on board and the cabin doors were closed we were told there would be another 55 minute delay. Also, LGA is such a mess these days due to construction and would have been nice to get an email notification beforehand about it. We barely made our outgoing flight!"

Pros: "Plenty of room for this guy, 6'2", in economy. We had just landed a few hours before from a 8.5 hour flight from Paris. Plenty of seat room. The service was good. Arrived early."
Cons: "There wasn't entertainment options without using your own devise. Much nicer having it built in but I realize that is the way of the future. The seat itself was very stiff. There was no comfort in the chair itself. It looked comfy but felt like a hard chair, unfortunate. No charging stations at Philly and the outlets didn't work to charge phones."

Cons: "Getting there, flight was rescheduled by AA, left not enough time to catch 2nd flight. Ran to that terminal, staff was curt. Rescheduled 2nd flight, had to check in my carry on, which made the people picking me up wait."

Pros: "The staff was completely nice (except when I was trying to rebook my ticket and I felt like there was no understanding of what I was going through)."
Cons: "There was a strange situation outside of LGA wherein I sat in a car for nearly an hour once already at the airport. I don't know what was going on but we were trapped there and it caused me to miss my flight. There were no other flight out and I ended up having to book an entirely new ticket. I believe that LGA or American Airlines should refund my expenses, because otherwise it makes me not want to ever go through either again."
