The United Kingdom has not implemented any entry restrictions, but is monitoring direct flights into the country from certain areas.
From November 5 to December 2, National restrictions in England is in effect. Travelling away from home, including internationally, is restricted from England except in limited circumstances such as for work or for education.
From November 20, Scotland restricted cross-border travels within the UK, only essential travels—which includes health reasons, work and for study—will be allowed to enter and leave Scotland. People living within Level 3 or Level 4 lockdown areas in Scotland are also not permitted to leave their area, and banned from traveling overseas, though people in Level 0-2 are not.
Different rules apply in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Travelers must follow all the rules that apply to them.

All travelers entering the United Kingdom must present a completed "Public Health Passenger Locator Form" to immigration upon arrival.
The UK government is updating a list of countries from which arriving travelers will not be required to self-isolate upon arrival, unless they’ve visited or stopped in any other country or territory in the preceding 14 days.
The United Kingdom announced a mandatory 14-day quarantine for all travelers which started on June 8. Freight workers, medical professionals traveling to help with the fight against coronavirus, and travelers arriving from Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are exempt from the quarantine requirement.

At final destination I was asked to file a lost baggage claim. If not the initial flight from Logan, everything should go smoother."

Cons: "There was hardly any food and no offering of coffee or variety of beverages on this International 10+ hour flight. Seats were small and not very comfortable. On arrival nobody seemed to know which terminal exit family should meet us at, and LAX "information" said they know nothing about what AA does. Unfortunately LAX is just a terrible airport for arrival or departures. But AA needs to show more clearly where family should wait to pick up arriving internal passengers."

I drove 5.5 hours to another city to catch a flight to Europe, believing my return ticket was valid as AA first told me, only later to learn they cancelled it. Thanks to AA, I currently I have no return ticket. Others on this flight and on my later Iberia flight were cursing AA loudly so I don't think my issue is an anomaly, but is more likely AA's new standard of conduct."
