Curacao has restricted the entry of all travelers who are not airline crew, authorized medical personnel, authorized government personnel, or residents of Curacao who have been pre-approved for entry by the Government of Curacao. Residents, medical personnel, and government personnel must have a verification letter from the government of Curacao proving they are allowed to enter Curacao.
Travelers from the following countries are welcome to visit Curacao:

The US Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) and the state of Florida are considered medium risk.
Travelers who depart from high-risk countries or have been in a high-risk country in the last 14 days are not allowed to enter Curaçao. These include either countries where the risk of transmission is too high or countries that have not been evaluated by the public health authorities. For exemption, travelers from high-risk countries are requested to submit a travel exemption request to the Travel Verification Team.
All arriving travelers must complete the digital immigration card online before departure and digitally fill out the Passenger Locator Card(PLC) and carry a printed document of proof with you. Can be found at https://dicardcuracao.com/portal.
Travelers arriving from medium-risk countries must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to departure. (Note: PCR tests based on gargle samples will not be accepted. Passengers should carry a printed document of proof with them for both the PLC and negative PCR test result.)
Travelers must be adequately insured for medical care and any additional costs if they are quarantined or become ill during their stay.
In accordance with existing policies, anyone who needs to travel to Curacao from a high risk country must apply for a permit to enter the island, which will include a mandatory quarantine of 14 days. Every traveler is responsible for paying the cost of the mandatory quarantine, and any possible cost incurred in the isolation period and the PCR test at the end of the period

Cons: "The airline "randomly" selected me for extra security. Even though I have TSA pre-check I was jostled around, sent to multiple security lines without any reasoning and the local Chicago TSA and airport staff didn't seem to know what to do. Once it was figured out I was subjected to what was essentially a cavity search. Again I HAVE TSA-pre-check but apparently that means nothing if an airline flags you. It was an extremely upsetting experience but you were in a situation of either agree to the invasive search or get stranded over 1000 miles from home. I will NEVER fly Iberia again after a cancelled flight and being stranded in the wrong country on the way to my vacation and the horrible security experience on the way back. I seriously may never go to Chicago either after seeing the complete lack of organization and traumatizing personal invasion. I fly a lot for work and have never had such a horrible experience. I would really like to know how many terrorists are caught with these invasive searches and would love to know the justification for sticking your hands inside someone's pants and grabbing their privates after they have already gone through a metal detector AND the body scanner. Especially for someone who has already passed a federal background check to obtain pre-check status. Absolutely ridiculous."

After running across Heathrow to make flight, we got on plane and Waited....seems after running a Mile across the airport, they Decided to HOLD the Flight and have everyone from 11am flight take the 2pm flight to Charlotte. All the baggage had to be taken from 11am flight and brought to 2pm flight. Delay for take off was almost 2 HOURS!!! Instead of arriving in Charlotte at 3pm, we were Leaving at that time!!! Didn't get to Charlotte until almost 9pm. NO ONE on Flight from 11am was Happy about this."

Cons: "Everything else was a NIGHTMARE. We bought our tickets in Nov. I paid for an upgrade and assigned seats in FEBRUARY. We flew May 13. Not only did they RESELL and REASSIGN our seats to someone else -- we could not get a refund for the upgrade we paid for. To add insult to injury, the only seats they could give us were in the back of the plane next to the toilet. Having heard so many similar nightmare stories about American Air I can say I will never ever fly American Air again. We now have to spend our firrst few days home from vacation disputing that charge, writing letters and making calls to get that damn refund. I will be sharing my discontent far and wide. Whoever at corporate thinks it's best practice to sell and sell and sell seats and live with the aggravation of the customers has an upside down notion of how to run a successful business. NIGHTMARE."

Cons: "The plane left 20 minutes late, and then we hit turbulence and a bit of rain close to our arrival in Charlotte. I had originally booked a flight through Miami with plenty of layover time to get a connecting flight to Dallas, but AA canceled that one and put me on a connection the following day! When I called customer service, they were helpful in regards booking and assured me there would be plenty of time to connect through Charlotte. When our plane landed 35 minutes late, there was only 15 minutes to connect, and we waited for baggage that whole time. No idea what took baggage so long, but the result is that we missed our flight. AA did put us on standby for the next one, but that meant our relative had to pick us up at midnight."

This was for a short Austin-Dallas round trip, where I could have driven in less time than what I spent delayed at the airports. I can only conclude that AA is skimping on maintenance."

Cons: "Because I had to go to a different airport (supposedly there were no other flights into Allentown until the next day), I had to get a car rental, (which at that point did not get a discount for reserving on internet), and mysteriously one of our bags ended up in Allentown anyway. Which was a nightmare."
