That we eventually got a flight home.

Being stuck in Boston and Ottawa for 2 extra days and adding around $1200 on to our trip in hotels alone (I was travelling with 4 kids on a school trip and my wife). Additionally, we didn’t find out the flights were cancelled until we arrived at the airport. Apparently, they had been cancelled 2 hours before but there was no notification. Air Canada offered no help whatsoever and the guy at the “service” desk in Boston literally said there was nothing he could do to help. Not even find a new flight. Spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to re-book, plus re-booking hotel along the way.

My return flight was cancelled amd i was automatically put on a different flight, and instead of waiting more than 2 hours from boston to get to canada, i was put on an earlier flight for which i am thankful for. However we couldnt take off as delta was clogging up the way to the runaway so ended up waitimg an hour to taje off which was ridiculous. Hope delta hires more ground crew so that others arent inconvenienced in the future.

The staff was courteous and efficient. The entertainment selections were diverse. The seating was adequate for a long haul flight.

The check-in process took 50 minutes at the counter as the staff told me that I needed a visa for China (transit) while that info was incorrect. I had to deal with online customer service while the person at the counter couldn’t help. It finally took 3 people at the counter to send me away. Once on the plane for a 14+ hour flight, I couldn’t use the bathrooms freely as they were filthy. The staff obviously didn’t maintain the bathrooms during the entire flight. The food served made me wish that I had bought take-out food for 3-meals prior to my boarding. the quantity of food was inadequate for the long flight as well. 1 extra snack would have been appreciated. I will likely book my future trans-Pacific flights with another airline.

We left Chicago close to 6 hours late and they didn't bother to put anyones luggage onboard. So we arrive close to 6 hours late and no luggage so we have to wait in line to fill out paperwork to have our luggage located/delivered along with everybody else who had checked baggage. That can not be a cost effective way to run your business

When our flight was delayed in Denver the agent at the check in gate worked very hard to get our flight plans changed with as little impact as possible.

We understand that delays happen but due to a delay on American Airlines we have lost our luggage and it doesn't seem likely it will be returned. We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall.

The flight from Toronto to Boston is extremely short, about an hour. I don’t feel as though I can rate the food since I didn’t buy any, it just doesn’t give me an option to not rate it. It was a completely full flight. It was as comfortable as can be. It’s a smaller plane so you feel everything but the captains were good flyers.

I’m not sure if this is something I can really complain about but I wish the flight attendants would’ve spoken a bit lower. For a plane where half of the people there had missed their connecting flight and were put on a 6:30 am flight, I don’t think we wanted to hear about their detailed personal lives.

We booked american because it was a direct flight. No explanation was given for the switch. Then we almost missed our connection because we sat on the tarmak in Barcelona for an hour. Again no explanation . Very stressful and irritating.

We flew to and from Tokyo in premium economy. The staff was friendly and multilingual. We appreciated the meals, each of which had a choice of Western or Japanese style; the overnight hospitality packs, which included a pillow and blanket, eye mask, earplugs, toothbrush, and comfy socks; and the unusual international movie options. Each flight kept more or less to schedule.

The seat were roomy enough, but not as comfortable as we might like. Announcements took forever in three languages—I'd edit down. The breakfast rice congee was flavorless. One of our entertainment screens kept freezing. All minor gripes.

The crew did an amazing job routing us around the heavy bumps along the whole route (weather system). Short flight, so no food. Entertainment system is good, but too many ads.

The "mandatory" ads that run over the loudspeaker right after the safety announcement. Can't turn them off or lower the volume because they are transmitted for the whole cabin. While the entertainment system is very good, the general overabundance of ads is disheartening.

I missed my flight due to new regulation eTA. why not warning people when purchase the ticket?

We flew to and from Tokyo in premium economy. The staff was friendly and multilingual. We appreciated the meals, each of which had a choice of Western or Japanese style; the overnight hospitality packs, which included a pillow and blanket, eye mask, earplugs, toothbrush, and comfy socks; and the unusual international movie options. Each flight kept more or less to schedule.

The seat were roomy enough, but not as comfortable as we might like. Announcements took forever in three languages—I'd edit down. The breakfast rice congee was flavorless. One of our entertainment screens kept freezing. All minor gripes.

The crew did an amazing job routing us around the heavy bumps along the whole route (weather system). Short flight, so no food. Entertainment system is good, but too many ads.

The "mandatory" ads that run over the loudspeaker right after the safety announcement. Can't turn them off or lower the volume because they are transmitted for the whole cabin. While the entertainment system is very good, the general overabundance of ads is disheartening.

Had to walk from the terminal to the plane in -18° !weather

A 2.30 pm flight got in the air at 8 pm. The weather was beautiful at 2.30 and the weather was it turned terrible at around 7. At which point we were skeptical to fly.

All my plans were ruined. When we got to Logan, our luggage was missing.

No crew to load the baggage or guide us out of the terminal. After a day of cancellations and delays for my one flight, my baggage was lost. I felt like notifying us about delays and cancellations could have been handled more efficiently. Also, the staff was not helpful when my baggage was lost

When our flight was delayed in Denver the agent at the check in gate worked very hard to get our flight plans changed with as little impact as possible.

We understand that delays happen but due to a delay on American Airlines we have lost our luggage and it doesn't seem likely it will be returned. We had five pieces of luggage lost during our flight from the U.S. to Spain. When we arrived in Madrid we were told that all five pieces had been located. When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall.

I hated my seat. Last row. Seat didn’t recline. Right next to the bathroom. That should not even be a row for passengers!

The staff was courteous and efficient. The entertainment selections were diverse. The seating was adequate for a long haul flight.

The check-in process took 50 minutes at the counter as the staff told me that I needed a visa for China (transit) while that info was incorrect. I had to deal with online customer service while the person at the counter couldn’t help. It finally took 3 people at the counter to send me away. Once on the plane for a 14+ hour flight, I couldn’t use the bathrooms freely as they were filthy. The staff obviously didn’t maintain the bathrooms during the entire flight. The food served made me wish that I had bought take-out food for 3-meals prior to my boarding. the quantity of food was inadequate for the long flight as well. 1 extra snack would have been appreciated. I will likely book my future trans-Pacific flights with another airline.

Early morning flights from Toronto to Boston are a bit bumpy usually. Pilots do their best to maneuver around those.
