Pros: "The flight from EWR to MSP was extremely quiet. No loud engine noises."
Cons: "We were vert disappointed at the Newark Airport - the Delta Club was closed and there had been no notification prior to arriving at the airport. I certainly missed that early morning coffee."

Pros: "There was a wheel chair waiting for me at each gate, but in Newark, the attendant took my next boarding pass and dissapeared for about 15 minutes, and left me near the gangway. I was starting to panic. My travel companion was not happy and started to vent. It ewas quite tense for awhile."
Cons: "The seats were cramped. I boarded first because of a broken ankle and a leg boot that turns into a child's car seat when I'm done with it. I was able to work the boot off when I had a leg cramp, but didn't have enough room to put it back on."
Cons: "I would have liked if the crew kept us a bit more in the loop about what's going on - I took a Southwest flight earlier the same day, and the crew all seemed to be having a lot more fun than the crew on United. Which is more likely more a management/structure issue of United than the crew themselves"

Cons: "I researched United’s, FAA, and my car seat company website before trying to board with it. I was told by flight attendant that I could only bring the car seat on board if it had a sticker? I don’t know what sticker she was referring to and it’s tough to keep a toddler safe with just a lap belt"

Cons: "We arrived late in Denver and had to sit at the gate and wait for the jetway person to arrive and connect the jetway to the plane. I also didn't like the fact that I had to buy Economy Plus because my wife and I were not only not assigned seats together after booking, we were not assigned seats at all. When I booked the flights I was only allowed to choose seats for the first flight - Charlotte to Houston...but not for the other three legs of our Charlotte to Seattle trip. The only two seats together from Houston to Seattle were in the very last row. And, on our return flight we had to purchase Economy Plus in order to sit together."

Cons: "Every time I fly United they manage to screw something up. Two hour delay on the way out. 45 minute delay on the way home while they located another plane (mechanical problems) made my connection impossible. They did get me on a plane to Newark, which was also delayed. I made the connection by the skin of my teeth and a lot of anguish. My luggage did not. All in all, a very unpleasant travel day."

Cons: "Flight crew should learn how to smile. In general, not even vaguely friendly. Food was the absolute worse I have eaten in many, many years ( I have millions of miles of air travel). Seats old and hard and extremely close together."
