One of the flight attendants named Crystal was so happy, always had a smile for everyone, it was such a change from the stoic attendants I’m used to in the past. Thank you Crystal
Pros: "The flight from EWR to MSP was extremely quiet. No loud engine noises."
Cons: "We were vert disappointed at the Newark Airport - the Delta Club was closed and there had been no notification prior to arriving at the airport. I certainly missed that early morning coffee."
Cons: "The crew was overly aggressive with mask policy enforcement. They patrolled the aisles and routine pointed at passengers directing them in a hostile manner to keep their masks on their faces, even when they were trying to eat or drink. They also threatened customers by stating it was a federal law several times. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I will not fly delta again by choice."

Cons: "The flight was delayed because one or more of the crew were late. I would suggest that when you board a large flight, start from the rear of the plane, not the front. Having to go past everyone to get to your seat is time consuming and somewhat stressful. The food was super gross. The so called beef bulgogi was not appetizing at all. For breakfast, the food was disgusting."

Considering that our flight was changed to a day ahead and we were not properly notified, we showed up a day late and had a HORRENDOUS experience trying to figure out what happened and how to get home back to Canada from New York. After spending hours on hold with Westjet and Kayak, we came to the conclusion that we had to BUY new tickets to get home that cost DOUBLE what we originally paid. Not to mention a last seconr hotel room that cost $500 CAD for ONE night because of WestJets mistake. After meals and final costs, we had to reach out to our families for nearly $2000 CAD to get home. How was our return flight? We didnt get to take it...absolutely defeated and furious with both Kayak and WestJet who kept bouncing us back and forth on the phones with NO resolution. Unacceptable. We will be looking into compensation over this.
The plane from Calgary to Comox was incredibly warm, with little to no air flow and when served drinks there was like 2 ice cubes that melted instantly. Everyone was using the plastic menus to fan themselves. Awful
This flight was too slow in boarding. Snacks were ok. No onboard entertainment. Seats, although cramped were relatively comfortable. The flight crew was friendly and efficient.
The plane was very warm and stuffy, overhead air jet running very weakly: disconcerting when Covid is still a real concern. ie: fresh air would be nice. On arrival, a 15 minute wait once the plane was stopped at the gate before the door was opened to let passengers leave. Then a 50 minute wait for luggage.
Check in was painless, easy going crew. Short flight, so no entertainment. They offered a snack .. a single biscuit. Otherwise the service wasn’t excellent nor was is bad.
Better legroom, but it’s expected in economy class. Otherwise great experience

Horrrrrrible experience. Staff didn't seem to care. They put everything on their supervisor and she tried to help"

It was due in part to unbelievably poor organization: we couldn’t hear the person telling us which section was boarding, there was no clear line up and only one person slowly checking our boarding passes. Almost late for connecting flight."

Aisles are also mighty tight.... Honestly when I waa boarding the flight one of the thoughts I had was how in the heck would people shuttle out of the plane if an emergency landing was necessary."

Pros: "Crew excellent as always on BA, boarding fine, usual hassle getting to seats with other passengers blocking aisle,but when you choose to sit at the rear and the plane loads the forward seats first it's to be expected. Seats were very comfortable (much better than Virgin Airbus 330) and plenty of legroom. Food was better than on previous flights and drinks service was good - shame they ran out of wine, Bacardi and gin towards the end of the flight though! Liked the automated bag drop at Gatwick, much quicker and plenary of staff in case there were any issues."
