Pros: "As a professional musician, flying with my viola is one of the most nerve wracking experiences, as if it is forced to be checked due to insufficient room for overhead baggage, it could be completely destroyed. As stated in Air Canada's online policy, passengers traveling with musical instruments that fit as carry on baggage are allowed to change to earlier boarding zones. After approaching a staff member with my viola, I wasn't simply assigned an earlier zone, but rather I was allowed to board first. On this principle alone I will be flying Air Canada again. Thank you!!!"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The airline failed to mention transit visa rules. Really poor customer service. Irrespective of what time of the day you call, the average wait time is 30 min. Who can wait for 30 min to receive his/her call. That's stupid for a premium air line. Even when someone answered they failed to provide a solution and were unsympathetic to my cause"
Pros: "Overall good. A bad delay and boarding process. I can't fill out the above rating cause my computer dos'nt let me."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Cancelled, terrible service, cancelled last minute, no reasonable options for rebooking, not enough staff, disorganized section at airport, rudest security ever."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Cancelled flights, delays, no refund option so I had to wait 15hrs to get to a 1 hrs destination. Then they lost my luggage so my mini weekend away turned into a disaster. I basically wasted $1,000 for a nightmare trip. If they would've just issued a refund in the beginning I would've been fine w the cancelation."
Cons: "Flights get cancelled or delayed all the time so that's not what was so upsetting. It was the way we were informed about these delays. The staff were jest rude, making a bad experience even worse. Then they lost my bags, couldn't track them, couldn't tell me where they were. And I was flying out to another country for a tour next day so that was very inconvenient. I won't be flying with this airline again. They don't know what good customer service is."
Pros: "on time"
Pros: "The staff was generally helpful and pleasant."
Cons: "The airport kiosks were down save one. This created unnecessarily longer wait times for everyone,me specially those that were only looking to get a printed Boarding Pass."

Cons: "LONG DELETED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Cons: "Long time till take off."
