Cons: "wait for baggage was way too long. Unacceptable."
Pros: "Nothing as such"
Cons: "Crew are not polite and carry arrogance while talking to the passengers, especially in the economy cabin. The seats are narrow compared to other 777 300 ER flights"
Pros: "Professional staff"
Cons: "Cramped hot flight. Paid white a bit more than other carriers, as I was under the impression that seating would be comfortable, the food great, and beverage service would be frequent"
Pros: "The size of seats , the food and the service"
Cons: "The entertainment system had few glitches but workable ( flickering banners of the channel or sound, volume"
Pros: "All the teem all the services"
Cons: "No response when requested for help from flight attendants multiple times from SEA to DXB. Every time I have to walk to them for help."
Cons: "Leg space horrible. Wasn't even able to fold my legs just a bit, was stuck in one position resulting in severe neck pain."
Pros: "The crew and attempt to help with anything I needed"
Cons: "Limited leg room for a big guy like me. My cancelled flight from Boston to phx was too long of a layover"
Pros: "I didn’t die in a plane crash"
Cons: "We were offered no form of refund, miles, or anything after a 6 hour layover. We paid for a hotel for the night (we should have landed at 1am) and instead landed at 7am, so we had to completely skip our hotel and had no sleep for the wedding the next day. We’re out of $120 for the hotel we already paid for and the staff gave us no help in form of compensation."
Pros: "Onboard comfort and entertainment system"
Cons: "Boarding from Dhaka in business is worst than economy class from most location. There were mosquitos in the plane, food quality was not thrilling and crew was caring but needs a little more experience for business class."
Pros: "Emirates staff are polite and respectful"
Cons: "777 for travel from Dubai to Boston is not a comfortable plane"
Cons: "My entertainment system was not working and the crew wasn’t very helpful about it."
Pros: "Overall top service."
Cons: "A little too directive, exemplified by ordering people to pull down their window shades, for my Americans can mentality. Otherwise great!"
Cons: "I like it"
Cons: "Emirates did not allow us to select the food preference as we had booked through a third party. They literally starved us for 14 hours as we r vegetarian and could not eat meat laden foods."
Pros: "Crew was bored, never smiled, obviously not Enjoying their jobs. Food was no better than any other airline, Which means it wasn’t very good. My small carry-on bag was 2 pounds overweight so they made me check it, they weigh every bag. We were looking forward to our flight because we had been told by several people that emirates Airline was special… It was not."
Pros: "Flight was on time"
Cons: "Crew was surly, never smiled. They all seemed very tired and intolerant of customers. Service was minimal. Food was tasteless and salty. Water was offered only once on a 14 hour flight. Aircraft was very cramped- no room to walk in the aisle without hitting the aisle seats. Overhead compartments were crammed full and it was very difficult to find space for a small bag."
Cons: "They recently started charging unnecessary excess fees for overweight. I traveled from Seattle to Hyderabad via Dubai. I carried my cabin bag from Seattle with weight of 9kgs and purchased few duty free items of 2kgs(2 liquor bottles and1 dates box). They have asked me to pay $150 for excess weight. One passenger traveled from Houston with a bag of 11kgs. Items include 1 laptop documents and tablet. She didn't shop in Dubai. She was allowed in Houston but was charged $100 in Dubai for same weight."
Pros: "I liked the service but the problem is carry on bags"
Cons: "Carry on bags they're taking my small bags I don't like it they did to cargo"
Pros: "Food and entertainment"
Cons: "Tiny seats. No leg room. No storage under the seats."
Cons: "Booked an aisle seat in early April. Emirates reassigned me a middle seat, this on a 13.25 hour flight! Refused to rebook me back to original even though I showed them my original booking. Never Emirates again! Ever."
Pros: "Emirates is still the best option for travel from Seattle to South Asia. Flight time is convenient and boarding process is flawless as always,"
Cons: "In flight meal service and staff attention is not the same as a few years ago. The fees on advance seat selection is ridiculous. After spending close to two grand on a return ticket, Emirates wants me to spend another 40 bucks each way to heya seat of my choice ?"
Pros: "Crew were efficient and moved things through"
Cons: "Food could be improved as was movie selections"
Pros: "Customer service, amenities like socks, sleeping mask, free headphones and free drinks were all excellent part of the trip."
Cons: "I'm a reasonable we'll traveled man who always flies economy class (unless I get a free upgrade or a great price to upgrade at check in). This is the most uncomfortable, cramped, and smallest seat I have ever flown in...first time flying Emirates...I certainly would never fly again and actual am haunted by the idea of the return flight in 10 days. Not worth it! I'd rather deal with possibly getting dragged off a United flight!"
Pros: "Entertainment options, boarding process"
Cons: "Food quality is still good but slightly below previous experiences"
Cons: "I wasn't allocated the seats that I had pre booked by paying money. very annoying"
Pros: "Food is good"
Cons: "Need Indian tea"
Pros: "Good flight attendants."
Cons: "The planes still seem dated on the interior, but entertainment system is expansive."
Pros: "As comfortable as one could hope for a long haul economy seat."
Cons: "I was expecting a ve"
Pros: "The staff was amazing, not perfect, but still very good. Even on the long leg from Seattle to Dubai after 14 hours they we're smiling, helpful and attentive."
Cons: "The only thing I could say was not up to par was the food on both flights. The long legs food got me sick, and yes I was the only one so could have just been me, and the second the "sandwich" it seems they were not even trying."
Pros: "All went fine"
Pros: "I made it to my final destination safely"
Cons: "Not much overhead space for your bags, so we have to keep them at the bottom of our feet....i was travelling with a senior on a wheelchair and the idea of her going up and down the stairs into and out of the airplane wasnt so pleasing...the cabin crew could be easily mistaken for any other passenger becase of dress code..."
Pros: "flight was empty so everyone had the chance to experience better treatment from flight attendants."
Cons: "no complaits"
Cons: "this experience with emirates was super duper bad. I was travelling to India as my dad had passed away that morning on 9/11. Bad service, no attention paid to the flight attendant button, water provided after 45 min....after 2 fligh attendants came by and said they would bring water. i provided verbal feedback and they were extra nice to me then...brought me crackers , chiocolates...etc etc...but it was just to calm me down. I went and got my own food from the kitchen area as I had a splitting headache, I was traveling to india as my dad had passed away on sep 11th morning. They gave me the same dinner mushroom and peas for vegetarian snack. Then they exchanged it after I had waited for so long. IT was just ridiculous servide and"
Cons: "Be sure to take your own water bottle with you on this long 14 hour flight. Both directions it seemed that the company approach to beverages was to serve as little as possible, perhaps to keep people out of the bathrooms. But the cabin air was so dry I could barely swallow at times one way drinking only what was provided, but the other way I noticed that my jet lag was greatly reduced when I carried and consumed an extra liter or two above what was provided. At one gate the security crew asked me to dump my water, but I had a small empty bottle with me that I could fill up at the spigot near the bathroom on the plane as needed."
Pros: "Emirates is truly like no other airline, they cater to your every need and genuinely care about servicing you and your satisfaction. The crew is exceptionally friendly and pleasant. They do not charge you for every single thing like other airlines do. The food is restaurant qualify food and very filling. The in-flight entertainment channels are numerous and will not leave you wondering what to watch. I wish there were more legroom, but overall, an excellent airline that I would definitely fly again."
Cons: "Was required to check my small roll aboard because I had a backpack, while other passengers were allowed to carry on multiple large items."
Pros: "Great food and entertainment options on this flight. I appreciated that the flight crew asked all passengers to close the window drapes so we could all sleep. The chairs in economy seem to lay back further than other airlines which made it more comfortable."
Cons: "i would like to be upgraded I first class (for free)! :)"
Pros: "I loved the hospitality and the attention to detail throughout the flight."
Pros: "I was ready for a tortuous 14+ hour flight since I had a center seat in the very last row... But, I was pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed tracking the trip on the entertainment center and viewing outside on the cameras."
Cons: "Navigating the entertainment system was a bit complicated and the touch screen didn't respond well to my touch."
Pros: "Good overall experience."
Pros: "Great menus, get you all excited. Variety, interesting dishes. Generous with wine and drinks."
Cons: "It's... airline food. Doesn't live up to the promise of the menu. Cooked too long ago, reheated too much, ... I understand that they have constraints, that's what you get when you want to eat in the sky. But I have eaten better food in airplanes, in economy."
Pros: "Hospitality and vegetarian food Maintaining the timings"
Cons: "Food wasn't that great. They ran out of choices"
