Cons: "They were careless with our suitcases. When we got to Vancouver, we were missing wheels on our suitcases. 2 wheels on my husband's and 1 on mine. It made it horrible to pull the suitcases."
Pros: "I was given an exit row seat since there were so many open seats and it reminded me of flying before 9/11. I’m 6’6” and pre9/11 I was always ushered to an exit iris seat. So it was extremely thoughtful of the check-in agent to do that for me."

A carry on and a handbag were also allowed which others don't. The seats are leather and have more room. Seems Jet Blue is the last one of those traditional airlines giving more for your money. Thank you Jet Blue ! I am sold."

However, they could not figure out what was wrong with the planed and delayed the boarding for another 3 hours, putting our 1900 departure time to 2100."

We only get -we are experiencing a bit of turbulence or we will begin our descent in about 20 minutes. They may see the view all the time and know where they are but we don’t fly much and would like to know."

Pros: "This was an older plane with no upgrades including no Internet and the very small poor quality Monitors in the back of the seat in front of each passenger. The seats were very uncomfortable. The transfer in Vancouver after customs involved going outside in the cold to and from the bus. There was no warning. The customs area red jacketed help personnel told us that it was just as fast to go throught the general customs are instead of using our Nexus cards and this turned out to take forever. So very disappointing."
