Pros: "Short flight"
Pros: "Everything about this flight was top notch. The inflight entertainment, touch screen and remote controlled, was so good i was up the entire time watching movies Black Panther, Downsizing, DeathWish, Pacific Rim and listening to the wonderful library of music, i was surprised at the range of music, from uncensored rap to big band."
Pros: "Loved the food/Movies/seats."
Cons: "No air vents and the cabin was very very stuffy and warm for many people. I’ve never heard one child cry for 7+ hours before until this flight. But everything else was decent to say the very least:)"
Cons: "The seat's recline button was broken which meant having to sit for 12+ hours upright. Upon hearing that the seat was broken, the airline crew offered my mother a check for 100 SGD (14% of the ticket value) to be used on Singapore airlines (for the discomfort caused for over 50% of the flight time). They changed her seat from Seoul to Singapore. When I wrote to them about it, they came back saying they had offered her a seat change from LA to Singapore, and she had declined, which is absolutely false. When I called that out, they said, maybe they did not offer aisle seats (note that the broken seat was not aisle). So it just shows that they don't want to accept that they messed up. They even told me that despite their best efforts in pre-flight checks, certain defects only surface when the flight is in progress. Will never ever travel on this airline again."
Pros: "Excellent attention to service and comfort."
Pros: "Staying in a hotel for 24 hours."
Cons: "Not actually making it to Japan."
Pros: "Friendly attentive staff. Excell ent food and great. Service."
Cons: "Really crowded seats in economy."
Pros: "Everyone was very attentive and nice. The leg room is decent ."
Cons: "Some of the food didn't taste amazing, would've like maybe a different choice other than salmon or curry pork"
Pros: "The main course"
Cons: "Items missing or substituted in the veg but was ok in regular meals. In one veg serving, no salad or dessert was included. Margarine instead of butter for only in the veg meal."
Pros: "I haven’t flown Emirates, but SQ beats the many others I have flown by a significant margin—especially the Chinese airlines, but also all major US airlines, JAL, Korean, et al."
Pros: "The serivce was amazing. Also it was clean and the food was great."
Cons: "Lost our luggage that full with our winter clothing for the trip singapore airlines delivered to our hotel the next day and compensate us ¥jpn 12000"
Pros: "Great crew, good food (best I've had on an airplane), plenty of drinks, and a good entertainment system."
Cons: "Nothing bad to say about this flight. Great airline."
Pros: "Crews were all nice, respectful and helpful!"
Cons: "I wanted to watch Indian movies, but I didn’t see the subtitles for most/all of them."
Pros: "Excellent service. Good food. Very attentive and responsive flight crew."
Cons: "Space was too tight"
Pros: "I liked there was an opportunity to bid on an upgrade"
Cons: "Our bid was rejected yet there were empty seats in premium economy. Our bid was within the recommended range. You certainly would not have lost money upgrading us."
Pros: "To be honest I had a pretty bad flight because my allergies exploded during the entire flight - constant sneezing, runny nose, you name it. However, the attentiveness of the crew really made up for it. The cabin was decorated with tiny wreathes (so cute!), and the pillow/blanket was very comfortable/warm for an Economy seat. Although I did not use it as much, the entertainment seemed top-notch. And the crew-- they noticed that I was not feeling well, and offered me peppermint tea and snacks that did sooth things a bit (you can request for snack/beverage refills anytime!). I loved that they gave out black socks to the passengers too (I prefer taking my shoes off during the flight, so the socks added warmth & prevented my own socks from getting dirty). All in all, it was one of the best-serviced long flights I had, not to mention probably the most affordable price I paid for my annual trip to Korea (from LA)."
Cons: "All good"
Pros: "Very good service! Lots of flight attendants and they were kind the flight was long, but mostly smooth. The entertainment was good and there was a lot of it."
Cons: "The flight map was a mess. It either said we had 115 hours of flying time or 3.5 hours. Also, it showed the plane pointing in the opposite direction that we were flying in. A minor issue, but weird."
Pros: "Amazing service and comfortable lay flat bed"
Pros: "I like the personal TV, my foot rest and water holder frequent water serve,"
Cons: "For me coffee is too strong, and I like the food on the way to Tokyo better than on the way back to LA"
Pros: "Great service. Really friendly and polite. Lots of current movies and TV shows to watch and provided earbuds with adaptors. Made the experience a lot more pleasant."
Cons: "The seats can be laid bag pretty far and the people in front of me decided to recline for a majority of the 10 hour flight. I wish the chairs either didn't do this or the flight attendants would have said something. I didn't feel like I had the authority to do anything about it. Also it was so warm! I have no idea if there was a fan."
Cons: "My Vegan meal was terrible."
Pros: "The service and fast flight"
Pros: "the crews were very polite and very helpful"
Pros: "the selection was impresive to m"
Pros: "Ease of checking. Empty seat between us"
Cons: "Can't upgrade with krisflyer miles"
Pros: "Made Econ class feel like biz :)"
Pros: "Customer service and food couldn't be better."
Pros: "Huge selection of movies Towel service, socks, and toothbrush for economy class Snacks included entire chocolate bars! Friendly staff"
Pros: "The service is amazing. The stewardess are always smilin and very helpful. If you'd like anything extra, just ask and they'll bring it right over. The entertainment onboard was top notch"
Cons: "I would have wished for better back supported seats. 14hrs on a flight isn't quiet the best."
Pros: "The flight attendants were super attentive and took great care of me, even bringing me headache medicine."
Cons: "I was in a front row seat which meant using my table in the armrest would wake up my neighbor. (Not a big deal but a little awkward) It was also hard to sleep because the seats didn't recline enough."
