Cons: "Poorly organized boarding process. Most of the passengers were Mexican and the announcements were all in English ... quite a bit of confusion. Also, they never announced Premium Boarding, just went from people with kids to Sky Priority ..."

It took,me some time to convince my fellow passengers that the loss of the APU was not a safety-of-flight issue. Also, a humongous passenger waddled down to our row and wedged herself into the window seat just before the doors closed. She immediately wanted to raise the seat divider, claiming that it was uncomfortable. The middle seat passenger insisted that she wanted to have it down, correctly pointing out that she had paid for a whole space. Despite the seat divider, the obese person's body oozed over and below into the middle seat during the flight, cramming the middle passenger. These folks Need to buy a second seat..."

Cons: "My flight from ATL to BWI was horrible. It was not a Delta plane. Possibly borrowed from SpiritAirlines, which is an airline I will never fly again even if offered a free flight. That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

I fly almost every two weeks, so I'm used to engine noises but this was one of the loudest/most rickety sounding flights I have ever been on.. and I have flown Spirit a few times. It just didn't feel safe. Landing scared me a little too as I have landed in O'Hare countless times and have never flown so low to the highway upon entry. It felt like we were only a couple hundred feet above the cars."

Ruined entire trip as I was not able to move much or stretch my injured leg. Am still in pain as I type this review. Complained to AA. Agent was so nasty! Should not be allowed to work with passengers. Fire her!"

Cons: "No personal TV screens to watch movies, which would have been more acceptable if there were plugins at each seat to plug in personal phones/ipads/etc to help maintain battery. BUT THERE WEREN'T. Everyone's phones/ipads died a few hours into the flight and therefore had to stare at the wall for HOURS. I even brought my laptop to get some work done, but without a plugin to keep it charged, it died. In this day and age, for an overseas flight that is 10 hours long, to be this old old without updated features and without plugins, this is unacceptable. Flat out ridiculous. This plane was SO OLD and dingy. Just awful."

The overhead reading lights flashed on and off periodically making me a bit concerned about the electricals. Our main piece of luggage was sent on a different flight. It took us over an hour to locate that had happened. We waited at the distribution point. We got one Piecebut not the other. After all we’re taken from the belt we went in search and found it."

Cons: "Dinner was so so but nice and hot. The breakfast in economy class was awful. The apple and cinnamon cake had too much cinnamon and left an aftertaste. The yogurt and granola was ok but not everyone has a yen for either of them. The dried apple and berries were too sweet. All in all we found this meal to be unsatisfsctory. The staff had only the most necessary contact with us which was to serve and remove trays and garbage."

They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Two weeks ago I flew on Spirit with the same bag and had no problem with their size allowances which are just a bit more generous than United. I had purchased the bag precisely for this type of flight. An extra 1/2 inch would have saved me the $50."

Cons: "The flight was delayed. There seats were too close for comfort and the aircraft had an odor. When we finally arrived in Newark, we were sent to the wrong gate by the operations team. After we were moved to the correct gate there were issues connecting the jetway."

When i spoke to the flight attendant of my original itineray, he was extremenly rude and shooed me off. The supervisor was slightly more helpful but ended up being just as bad when i informed him of his rude employee. Even the new itinerary put me on a delayed flight. One choice of snack on a 5 hour flight. Overall, not flying with united again."

Cons: "Walked in with 45 mins to spare my girlfriend took JetBlue we got there at the same time they put my girlfriend on united put me on a flight a hour later on stand by I didn't know what this meant I don't fly often come to find out the man at the front basically just screwed me they tell me there are no more seats I need to go on a flight that was originally for 5 but delayed to 6 obviously now I am upset I am admittedly easing my voice who wouldn't to speak to a manager a man tells me to come down or he is getting security and I will be removed I say once more I want a manger he gets security THEN GET THIS THAT WAS THE MANAGER LOL who just did not want to help because he is lazy and dosent like his job then when 6 30 finally rolls around the temperature in the plane had to be on 80 at the end of my flight my shorts were soaked in sweat DONOT EVER FLY UNITES EVER"

I would give it zero stars if I can."

Pros: "I flew from Manchester NH to Miami with a layover in Newark. I had 7 people in my group with three of them being children. I did not choose seats before departure date and when we arrived at the airport we found that we were all in separate seats. The attendant noticed this and immediately moved people around to make sure the children were sitting with an adult. It was a small commuter plane so I was very surprised anyone would change seats. Thank you United for a great experience"

First of all I called reservations to request transportation to flight gates for my fiance who is a post surgery patient and cannot walk long distances along with an aisle seat. The lady I spoke to told me to expect an email from them to confirm my requests and I Never received an email and the wheelchair was never in place for him. W1e had to walk to all of our destinations which is VERY UNSAFE as a post surgery patient who has incisions on both sides of his abdomen !! Secondly, my flight was delayed for 3 hours and to top it off BAHAMASAIR LOST MY LUGGAGE !! I am so upset and it is really a set back..."

No you showed any effort to solve a very difficult problem plus we were more than 30 days out. Not like they couldn’t resell these two seats."

Happened to somebody else also . Came back to counter and see the possibility to get on next plane at 2:50 and say is no chance . So I have to go by bus now . Very disappointing."

Cons: "No crew and delayed hour after hour. I was waiting for over 9hrs and had to cancel after confirming with the airlines that I would receive a full refund. This was close to midnight. Now trying to get a refund and accommodations are poor. POOR customer service. No one seems to know or refuse to communicate with the airlines to resolve this issue."

Cons: "The plane was cramped the seats were very small seat belt was extremely old and the seats that I were actually assigned to were broken and had a printed out piece of paper taped to them that just said do not use which cause some confusion with seating and made me lose faith in the upkeep and maintenance of the plane which inspired a bit of fear of flying in me. For how small the plane was and how old it was and for the lack of accommodations in the distance of the trip my ticket was a bit too expensive at $345 round trip."

Even better they only announced this change 5 minutes before our departure time, and we're very unapologetic about it, as though it's commonplace and completely acceptable. Don't fly Silver Airways, and be careful booking with United, as they will place you in one of these companies. it amazed me at how in the 4 hours I was there, I counted 3 flights that were delayed besides mine. Just horrendous all around."

After running 1/2 mile between 2 terminals in 90+ degree heat they booked us on the next flight which was again 60 minutes away. JetBlue said they could have just called them but them made us run around, literally. In the end the first flight was delayed and we could easily have made it as when we got to security we were the only people there. Took less then 5 minutes to get from check-in to terminal. Ridiculous amount of stress and run around for no reason. Don't expect good service from these guys in FTT!"

On my last interaction the man behind the counter made fun of my limp- not acceptable. When Irequested to speak to the manager, she came up and promised to take care of the situation. She never even addressed the situation with the employee. I even have statements I kept from random people witnessing this, with contact information. Another failure. I have flown with silver for a long time and prob will not fly with them again. No reason to treat anyone like that. As a traveler with plans beyond your flight, I expect to be on time, or at least have a reasonable reason as to why I'm late. So I can adjust my schedule accordingly. Lies and false statements promising me 20 more minutes every time I ask is lazy and unprofessional. Who's gonna pay for my rehearsal dinner hat I missed and had to cancel? Im going to social media next with my story and how silver handled this."
