All was on time, crew was friendly, emergency on board was handled well.
The seats are not movable, so you could not lean back a little. No screen for entertainment, tray table was less than half the normal size, uselss, snack choices, had little that one might consider healthy. A lot of junk food, and a huge offering of alcoholic beverages. Could we maybe have healthier food. It could still be pre-packaged somehow.
Cost of carry on: $30. Checked suitcase: $25. That did not really make any sense, other than they make more money that way.
Also irritating that if you want to have a specific seat, rather than waiting for what you might get at the airport, you have to call them, and pay $13 for a seat reservation. They are nickel and diming you, or rather in dollars. It is a rip off.
Everything was efficient, smooth flight, and we landed--that's a good flight, right? We even landed 30 minutes ahead of schedule, which was great since I had to wait at the baggage carousel.
It was my first time flying with Frontier and I didn't know about the bag charges and seat charges--that's on me though. Not sure I will fly with them again, as waiting for what COULD have been my carry-on at the carousel took so much time... then again, it makes it easier and quicker to board and de-board. But the seat charges were still ridiculous. Wish drinks and like, pretzels could be free just so we don't deplane with harsh breath.
Our flight was delayed enough that we knew we would miss our connection. They were not very helpful and we had no good options available. We were basically stuck with only bad options. No one offered compensation or even to wave the surprise fees for seats and for baggage. This was after they lost our luggage on our way out to Washington!! With no compensation or apology. We will never fly Frontier again - it was a huge fiasco.
The crew was incredibly nice, probably because they know the passengers will be miserable and then take it out on them if they aren't!
1. the online check in -- my name was merged first and middle as one name, so I had to spend 45 min online getting it corrected -- BOTH trips!!
2. No TSA check in with Frontier! Really!!
3. The seats were like a sardine can, even the trays are half size!
4. You had to pay for a cup of coffee. Really?????
5. We sat on the runway for an hour, "due to a weather pattern" which was probably bogus. No doubt they are last in line for anything.
6. The website -- horrible!
7. Everything was horrible, and I am not even a complainer usually!!!
