Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

Cons: "Long Delays, Over Booked Flights, Customer Service is not helpful, Wrong info delivered by Customer Service, No boarding gate info, Luggage was damaged, and I was charged a large premium with no added value. Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."

Cons: "On this A320 craft, old style, the First class seats are a joke. I had seat 2B. The pitch is apparently less than in the Comfort+ rows. The passengers in 1A and 1B started reclining even before departure, and during the whole flight. For me and my neighbor, with that seat on our chest, it was impossible to reach down to the seat-back pocket, not to mention to the bag stowed under the seat in front. To get out of the seat, I almost could not get my legs through the 5-in. interval between the back of the front seat and the irremovable armrest. I shook the passenger sleeping in 1B rather violently a couple times. The lady in seat 2B apologized, but she had to climb and put her feet on my seat to get out of hers, there was really no other way. Delta needs to address this ridiculous situation of their First Class seats urgently."

The gate was tiny for a flight holding 160 passengers, which meant there was chaos as everyone tried to get in line. Overall, one of the more stressful boardings and flights I've had in recent memory."

This happened in Toronto during winter (-15 degrees Celsius).... Westjet service has been terrible."

The security at the airport was rude."

The only good reviews seemed to be by people from Alberta (not really trustworthy, as they seem to support anything that's from Alberta, and note that Westjet is based in Alberta...). But I was blown away by how organized Westjet was and how nice they were. All the flights were on time (I had a few layovers), the staff was helpful....I really have no complaints. Sure, they don't have a plethora of great in-flight entertainment such as movies, etc. But when I fly, I'd rather pay less, have the staff be nice/organized, and just bring a darn book to entertain me. It was a great first flight with this company. I would fly with them again....and I can't remember the last time I said that about any other airline. So do yourself a favor: Don't listen to the bad reviews on here (unless you're obsessed with in-flight entertainment and big-butt first class seats)."

Cons: "We were given last minute notice our flight was going to be delayed and our gate changed 3 times. There was never a definite time frame for anything and very vague information was given. Our flight ended up being delayed almost 2 hours. It was my most frustrating experience with any airline. Definitely would not choose to fly with them again"

Cons: "Right from the start, customer service was not compassionate in helping out. I was forced to leave my huge luggage behind in order to make it to the next available flight. In addition, American Airlines continued delaying their flight departure times like it was no big deal.. It was stressful for many passengers. This other woman and I had a second plane to get onto, and were worried that we wouldn’t be able to get to the next plane ride because the first plane ride was pushed back like around 10 times or so. This is my first experience with American Airlines, and absolutely do not have a good impression whatsoever. I do not support this airline because it is clear that they do not value their customer’s satisfaction, wellbeing, or schedules."

Cons: "AA has nine boarding groups, which queue up in two lanes. Each of the two lanes hold about 5 people, at most. This is ridiculous. It creates enormous crowds of people jockeying to be near the tiny lanes for when their number is called 5 or 10 minutes down the line. AA needs to reduce the number of boarding groups, lengthen the lanes, and provide more of them. No other airline boards this way. That's because this boarding method is stupid. Unsurprisingly, our plane took off late because they couldn't get everyone boarded in time."
Cons: "The airline decided to randomize seating so boarding was an absolute mess, with families switching seats, understandably. Flight attendants didn’t help at all or try to de-escalate the issues. The bathrooms were dirty and unkept which is unacceptable for long flights."

Cons: "This was my first time on a British Airways flight and I wasn’t to pleased. I asked for a soft and the crew member took nearly an hour to bring me one. I was sitting in a crammed seat and to make it worse the tv wasn’t working. It was on but I couldn’t change any channel. It was over a 6 hour flight that seemed even longer."

BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

In Colombia they crew didn't know what was going to happen to us. After waiting over 3 hours they finally told us the found an early morning flight for us and that they were going to accommodate us in an hotel in Colombia for to spend the night. we waited until midnight for the transportation to the hotel and there were another 100 persons waiting to get transportation to the hotel as well and to check inn in the hotel. disaster."

Cons: "Prior to boarding United announced it would be a full flight so they offered to check our bags for free. The United employee seemed put off when we let her know my wife & I wanted to check out two carry on bags. After my wife had her bag checked the United Employee looked at me & said “let me have it” while pointing at my right side that was holding my back pack & ticket. I misunderstood because I replied “I am not checking my backpack, only my suitcase.” The United employee said “no, your ticket” which caused an awkward silence of confusion & everyone surrounding us to look at me like I had said something wrong when in fact it was then United employee that was unclear with her words. I handed her my ticket & the other United employee proceeded to tag my wife’s suitcase but not mine looking at me like I was crazy for offering mine up. Out of further embarrassment & frustration I ended up carrying my suitcase on the plane. The seats on the plane felt like I was sitting against a piece of plywood. If I could give comfort zero stars I would. Terrible customer service & terrible comfort."
