Business class was pretty empty but again I was not allowed to change my seat selection online. Pathetic check-in.
Crew was courteous and polite! Entertainment system had some great movies at no additional cost.
Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?
una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen.
Cabin Crew was awesome.

On time after latish start
Staff took carryon bags even for skypriority even tho lots of room in overhead, allegedly to speed deplaning. Nowarning to repack. Infuriating and stubborn staff!
Although we departed late from Paris, it arrived on time to Mexico City. Most of the stewardess very professional and kind.
Although we traveled in Business, all business cabins were full of children, tired crying, walking around. My suggestion to AIR France would be that the small cabin of business were assigned to adults only. Regarding food, some options were not available when our turn came.
Punctual, not crowded.
Even though the plane was far from full, passengers were allowed only 1 carry-on item (no personal item), contrary to policy published online by Air France. This policy applied even to people with Economy Premium for the rest of the trip (which allows 2 carry-on suitcases, not a useful feature if one cannot begin with this number to reach the transoceanic flight).

For taller people flying economy sucks . The seats are always to small
Crew was professional and friendly. Plane was clean. And food was served quickly without the hassle of ordering from a menu and paying. And it was delicious. Best airline food I’ve had in a long time. The chocolate dessert was incredible. And a coffee to go with it. Made a three hour flight very pleasant.
All airlines need to remove a row of seats and give everyone just a bit more legroom.
