We spent 2 hours at the check in because China eastern changed our connecting time and we were going to miss our flight. The food was terrible, they lost my husbands luggage. We are on our honeymoon and he has no clothes. And they put us up in a very dirty hotel.

Snack only for meal. Again limited beverages. Spotty service. Rude passenger behind me. Which is not Airlines fault I would not and will not ever recommend this Airlines or Shanghai airport again. Will do all my I can to avoid this experience again
The crew was good.
My bags didn't arrive with the flight. Connectivity/ transfer issue to pheonix.

Customer service is worst, I called few times and stayed in the Line but nobody answered my call. And also, our flight was dalayed for few hours.

Nothing! Super pleasant experience
The passenger I was seated next to was awful, but that has nothing to do with the airline. Food was kind of gross.
CX still has good offerings on flights from their home in Hong Kong to other destinations.
However, CX for International Regional is, in no way, comparable to their better long-haul routes. That being said, the entire airline has lost its luster like their home country is losing their value with prices going up and value for-the-dollar going down.
I requested special meal It wasn’t good and I got the food poison which make me sick.
