I like the general things on the plane. Smiling services by the crew members, the taste of the foods, contents on the device, icecream....
I didn't like the terrible service in Sheremetyevo International Airport. Personnel were so bossy.. It makes me think that Russian Airline is good but the country inside....
No entertainment at all, the distance between the seats is very small, the seats themselves are very narrow even for a medium sized person, no food selection remained even in the second row of the economy class, no wine for dinner. The whole experience is rather of a lowcoster.

I didnt like how snacks werent included for my 6 hour flght. Also the amount of waste made with all those plastic cups is astonishingly ridiculous. Switch to a more green solution!!!

Food not included with insane flight costs
One of the crewmembers (regrettably, I did not catch his name) was incredibly kind when I moved seats to accommodate a couple that wanted to sit together. He really made this flight great.
Seats were comfortable but the row I moved to did not allow me to recline.
