Cons: Seats are tight.. space with three adults shoulder to shoulder is uncomfortable...and leg space between seat in front of me and my seat makes it difficult to reach my bag under the sear in front. Aisles are also mighty tight.... Honestly when I waa boarding the flight one of the thoughts I had was how in the heck would people shuttle out of the plane if an emergency landing was necessary.
Pros: The food was remarkably good for a US airline. The wine was good as well. I found enough video material to entertain me throughout the long flight, although I would have liked a decent classical music program.
Cons: I had to ask for a pillow and when I did not take the blanket becaue it was comfortable I had made a mistake. It was VERY chilly in the last third of the flight and there was no way to locate personnel, or even a call button in the darkened plane to ask for one.Finally I climbed up on my seat (short people cannot reach the overhead bins on this plane) to get my coat out of the overhead bin and passed the last hours bundled up in that. While water was passed out frequently, collecting cups and bottles, not to mention the remnants of the snack or meals was not high on the priority list and eventually we were sitting in a trash pile. Bravo for having luggage available as soon as we got through customs!

Pros: quick fast and no nonsense, nothing to worry about on a 30 minutes. Hawaiian gets you there fast and mostly on time.
Cons: Delta always has 1 or maybe 2 people checking everyone in, including the baggage drop. So, EVERYONE has to wait for one person to finish checking in the first class passenger with a thousand needs. Very poor service as is their norm.
Pros: Food quality was above average (compared to Air France, for instance). On-board entertainment system offers a lot of movies or tv series, assuming it is in working order.
Cons: A negative point for the entertainment system is the variety of movies - all US based movies. Other airlines mix in foreign movies, Delta is squarely US centric. Also, the entertainment system didn't properly work until rebooted, but flight attendants could not be contacted to get this done timely (cannot call attendants through a non-functional screen). Another concern is the noise level of the cabin, but it's mostly due to passengers.
Cons: Crying baby
Pros: The crew on the airplane was great. We had 2.5 hours turbulences but the crew started to give out drinks as soon they got the ok from the pilot
Cons: We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate.
Pros: Cabin crew were very good. Very pleasant.
Cons: Unpacking wet clothes from one of my bags. It must have been left out in the rain for some time. I filed a separate complaint with Delta.
