Comfortable and functional flat with a nice view
It's located in a isolated part of town, so not much to do if you just want to step out and take a walk. But if you want to want to visit a sport event in one of the nearby stadiums you'll be at just the right place.
The overall experience was extremely smooth. All the instructions, I received them well in advance allowing me to prepare accordingly. Even in the property, everything was clearly marked and I was properly guided to have the best possible experience.
I had to call the 24/7 service as there was a mistake and I was given the wrong codes in the information email. I could get in the building but I could not enter the flat with the code in the email. When I called I was told there was an error in the original email. This was a bit stressful as it was late at night but luckily the 24/7 call service helped me out with new codes.
Plenty of space. Nice and quiet. Quite well equipped.
I discovered quite late in my stay that the apartment door didn't actually lock; it was too late for me to be bothered to do anything about it. The toilet cistern leaked slightly when you flushed. Everything was clear and quiet
Tv-didn’t work properly, the app is slaw and keeps restarting
Check-in is easy. Room was clean and comfortable.
No chargers for electric vehicles on site.
Nice and comfortable studio. Well heated in winter. There is a direct bus from the central station to accomodation
There were no filters for coffee machine. They give answers in chat once in two days or never
There should be clear signs or numbers instead of having to walk up to the door and see oh I must be the other side, better instructions before arrival would be much appreciated I think for the next customers
