Spacy rooms, cleanliness, welcoming personnel (reception and room service)
Poor breakfast menu (only drip coffee included, machine-brewed coffee, like cappuccino or americano, served for additional fee); unwashed fruit served, unwelcoming coffee-lady (she restricted a guest to take away a tangerine after breakfast). Fan system in the rooms is very noisy. Pillows are extremely high and hard.
The Hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The location is fantastic.
The water smells and when you want to take a bath, you see how dirty the water is. Not sure if this is because of the pipes or because of the water system… The breakfast could be improved… things are cold, quite limited variety…
It is a very good hotel, especially for business travellers. Beautiful rooms, good breakfast, very helpful staff. The hotel is located just in front of a big shopping mall. It is very well accessible by taxi.
There is sometimes a cigarette smell in the corridor coming from a smoking room on the floor. Otherwise, everything is fine.

1-bathroom flusher not working. The water is going very slowly. It becomes a lake while taking a shower. 2- A.C is necessary in the room
