Spacious, pretty comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful
Needed an oven and toaster
Not the best place, but one of the cheapest
The room was filthy...not even a hygienic liveable area. Carpets and wall were very dirty. Crockery was found inside the dishwasher, unwashed, unpacked and full of mould, not useable at all. Charged for breakfast event though we told them that we did not want it! Still have not received the refund for this, and today on the 22nd of May, they have taken more money of my card without my knowledge.
The lady at the reception, was nice and polite when we arrived, she was not at the desk anymore when we wanted to explain why we were leaving and not sleeping there. ---- no english spoken only french...
I booked the Appart'City Classic Antibes on the same day due to being on the road for many hours and needing a place to rest for the night. When looking on the Booking.com app I didn't realise the place had this many bad reviews but I usually trust anything that is on your website or app, being a long time customer. Upon arriving at the place, I immediately noticed that the hotel needed maintenanc...Read more
From outside very modern hotel. Parking on site (but for 12 Euros extra). Wifi was free.
Although basically clean, carpet and tiles were outworn or broken. Water tap in the shower was difficult to move.
I emailed about late check in because of my flight, I was told someone would be at the desk. When I arrived then property was locked and I had no access in. One of the other guests was able to let me in the gate but I was given no pin code for the safe for after hours keys. I ended up having to book the hotel next door to stay the night and I was still charged for 1 night's stay here even though I...Read more
It is not perfect, but it was ok for our 5 nights stay. There is a bus stop close to the hotel that takes you to the city centre. Also you have a very good boulangerie nearby (Boulangerie Ange) and a McDonald's and a big Carrefour. Good value for money for a hotel in August on the coast.
A little bit more attention to the cleanes, especially towels.
-private parking (but payment) -localisation near to the commercial center (Carrefour, petrol station etc.)
Generally, Appart'City has the opportunity to be a nice hotel, but ONLY IN CONDITION if the owner will invest in: -complete renovation (walls painting, bathrooms renovation etc.), -professional cleaning company (dirty carpets & upholstery on the chairs needs a deep washing or have to be thrown away) -air-condition installation (was hard to survive in a room with 36 degrees of temperature..)
Floor was not clean, and property is poorly connected to Antibes
it was all in bad condition old and not clean appliances
Calm and quiet
Service was quiet poor, the room and bathroom wasn’t cleaned to standard, it was very smelly of cooking food, air conditioning not working, I received email from booking.com telling me that I left without paying, while I paid while check out, and they charged me extra €200 due to that, and they charged me for parking while I haven’t used their parking,I had to go back to the hotel before closing t...Read more
