Location excellent. Showers were great. Price was brilliant. Self check in and digital code very good.
No AC Breakfast wasn't on. Urinals weren't draining.
Close to bikepark. Locked bike room. Parking.
No staff seen. No breakfast found.
It smelled really bad. The hallway directly connected to the room smelled like an ashtray. The toilets nearest to our room smelled like rotten cabbage.
The place was clean and comfortable. The check in was easy and the staff was nice and available if you needed help or had questions.
The floor had a lot of stains, but it's undertandable if you have carpet. It was prettt clean and the rest of the place was very clean. Towels, bed sheets, bathroom
It is very cheap and that is why we stay there, free parking and within a 500m driving from the bikepark. Simple and cleam rooms, toilet on the gallery, showers in the basement are all clean., free towels and even a waterkooker at trhe room. Staff is friendly and they even have a sort of box with milk and muesli for some sort of brakfast.
In the advertisement is written that you can buy a breakfast there, but the quit doing that. (the friendly staff recc another hotel for that). I,m a winer I that but the pillows have a thickness of less then 1cm and no support. If you bring your its no big deal

Location perfect for the bikepark, although not open. Used accommodation as a stop over prior to heading to another bikepark. Great price and nice clean comfy rooms. Restaurant next door has the best steak.
Great location not far from the Flixbus drop off and close to the ski resort. I appreciated the little boxes of snacks in the room. It was clean, quiet, and the management was responsive to my questions and concerns.
I wasn’t a fan of the decor/aesthetic, which gave out prison vibes. The art work and quotes on the wall made it seem like a prison…
We booked only around 10 days in advance and were able to get 3 rooms for a decent price, not possible at any other hotel in Winterberg. Location is great for skiing without having to take the car again. Parking 3€ per day outside in front of the hotel. No restaurants around except the pricy restaurant just next to the hostel, which didn't even offer food at 9.30Pm when we arrived after night skiing on Fridays. You can hear when people make noise on the hallway or in neighbor rooms. Maybe putting up some big signs at the door to the hallway asking to be quiet at night could help.
