Staff at resort was very understanding and helpful. She (at reception desk) helped us to move a room as we had a dog and he couldnt go down the stairs everytime we went outside. Then she offered us a better room on ground floor without giving us hard time. That makes the whole trip enjoyable!
Maybe offer rooms at ground floor at arrival who have big dogs.

Quite small parking spaces.
The Heaters were not functioning on 4-5. Jan. 2025. We paid 400 Euros for one night and had the worst experience. It was very disappointing with 2 kids to stay in the hotel. This experience would definitely go on Google.

1. The pool water was not clean and the pool itself is old. Also would be nice to have a shoe spoon available near the shoeshelf 2. Some staff was stressed during Christmas days. 3. We liked everything:warm,clean,spacious appartment with beatifull view to the valley,tasty breakfest and very kind personal in the restaurant in the morning as it was crowdy they did teir best to serve the guests
