Pros (+) * Outstanding facilities: proper large desk for work + bath + gym + swimming pool + outdoor jacuzzi * Excellent daily cleaning * Beautiful bathroom * cafe and restaurant in the hotel. Great if you are in a hurry * Good laundry service * Reasonable close to the airport
Cons (-) * it's old-school luxury from the 80s. It's time for a refurbishment * Even on the 8th floor there is low-grade noise from the highway. I had to use ear-plugs * way too poor lighting. There was no main lamp on the ceiling. * the area around the hotel isn't exciting nor nice - just a residential area really and virtually everyone drives by car * Bed mattress was too soft

Pros (+) Someone fraudulently charged money at the bar to my room - it was settled with a simple phone call and no hassle. The rooms are extremely clean and updated. I?ve stayed here several times

Pros (+) Margaret was amazing at helping my husband and I extend our stay and we always love the amenities. It's so close to downtown Denver without the downtown prices. Love this hotel!
