Wonderful staff at Veliki Garni hotel.They are friendly and well organized.Hotel is very clean.Loved that hotel had a restaurant within the property.Amazing food and we loved that breakfast was included with our stay.

Very central location close to the main shopping and restaurant area. Breakfast is tasty.
Smoking in the main restaurant of the hotel even during breakfast. Actually, all restaurants allow smoking inside at any time of the day. You cannot dine inside if you are not a smoking person. Room decor was different from the ones shown in the photos. The shower needed replacement as it was old and not in a good state of repair. Also, water flow could not be controlled. I have booked the room for my sister as a present. Before her stay I specifically asked hotel to provide the room with bathroom if it possible. The answer was - yes, not a problem. And, indeed, the room was with the bathroom. But without hot water. Nobody from hotel stuff did not bother to mentioned this tiny detail when I asked about the bathroom. The location was great! It was close to the city center. The room was clean and neat.
I was expecting an iron in the room and some shampoo/conditioner, but it was not provided.
