Everything was fine & correct. No extra stuff, but everything is OK as expected.
Great lobby and bar. Ideal for chilling in the evening, we had very tasty coctails for a fair price. Wellness on the 8th floor with panoramic view is excellent and makes it for me the best hotel in Opatija. We had a great breakfast in the nice restaurant.
The light in the evening in the wellness center is too bright. You should fix that.
Room was big, great breakfast and dinner, lovely staff.
The pillows in a room, small inside pool and only one jacuzzi.
Premium room on 6th floor, sea side view , big and confortable bed, big tv , airconditioned , breakfast /dinner all meet is fresh and delicius, on spa center is pleasant , quiet, clean, sometimes crowded but it is normal because everyone wants to be there :-)
IT was easy to get to, and location was PERFECT!

Parking, which is part of the hotel, is a little far away from reception, and they charge for parking 15 Eur/day
Really nice room and nice hotel, good breakfast, it was clean.
Almost nothing is included in the price…we had to pay extra for sauna, extra for parking and extra for dinner, and they told us that, when we we’re already there.
The hotel is modern and clean. The location is perfect and there is also parking for 15 EUR a day. The breakfast is amazing. There are so many options to choose from, there are even dairy-free and gluten-free options. I would come back just to eat that breakfast again.
There are even some negative sites like the spa area in my opinion is too small for so many people and always crowded. The pool water was quite cold. As I said the rooms are modern and clean but the only downside is that they are for sure not sound proof. You can literally hear everything in the hallway. Make sure you take a room with sea-view because our room had a view on garage.
The staff is very friendly, especially at the wellness reception. The wellness area offers the most beautiful views, and the tea and fruit provided there are a lovely touch. The massages are exceptionally good and highly recommendable! The breakfast is excellent, and it’s one of the few hotels that includes freshly prepared coffee made by a barista, which is a wonderful detail.
