Well equipped apartment in Winterberg near the ski area. Includes free access to the pool/wellness facilities.
The apartments are detached from the main building and parking garage and only accessible via walking outside. There is also no bus/shuttles to the ski area.
The room, the cleanliness, and all the kitchen utilities were top notch. Honesty shop excellent idea 💡
If the hot tubs could be a little warmer.
The apartment are nice, the sauna is fair free of extra charge
No coffee/tea at the rooms; you either have to buy the whole pack of Nespresso capsules at the shop or buy bad coffee from their coffee machine. The stay is not cheap, but they charge extra for every little thing anyways. House door broke and we had to wait outside. The outside hot tubs are not hot at all. in the winter it's unusable. Finally, there's no restaurant, so no breakfast before skiing.
The jacuzzi and sauna facilities were very good. I did not use breakfast or food facilities so I cannot comment. Everything was clean, we had the superior room and sofa bed was comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and modern
I stayed in the superior room and we had a lack of towels. We had the maximum allowed (4 people) and only had 1 towel per person. After going to the spa/pool all towels were gone. It was €23 to rent more which is not great.

No supermarket nearby
Rooms very large, clean and kitchen was well equipped. Facillities like Swimming pool, Hot tub etc..was functioning which made our stay quite comfortable. Safe and indoor and ample parking space. Not too far from City Centre. We asked for early check in and resort was friendly and accommodative to allow us for early check in too. Good Wifi connection.

Modern place with great furniture, very clean and in good condition. Dog-friendly accommodation with charming staff and next to some hiking trails’ start points. Very good restaurant on the site.
Opening hours of the sauna & pool are until 8 pm, restaurant closes kitchen at 9 pm (open until 10) - after using the day for hiking it was only a little time left to explore the spa area. It would be great to have 1-2 more hours to use this area.
Calm area with nice environment, clean new facilities.
Nothing special. The staff made mistake when we pay and check-out, but solved.
