Food was lovely and very good value for money. The staff- Raphael in particular went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
It was a little further away from the centre of Antibes than we thought.
The room was very big and the beds king size.
The spa and pool facilities need improvment. Also the paint of the walls from the rooms need to be reconditioned. Not a 4 stars hotel, in my opinion.
Views from back of hotel overlooking pool, pool very clean, spa very relaxing, breakfast was tasty.
Plug in our washbasin leaked - minor issue
The hotel is almost good, but there are some issues. I like housekeeping and breakfast servers there.
1. Location is not good except ocean view rooms. Far from the public access. 2. Breakfast was always same during my 5 days stay. 3. Employees and management guy was not helpful. They will just push you spend your money for unnecessary services. They should have a drop off service to train or bus station. 4. Dated. The layout inside is confusing and resembles a prison
the service in the restaurant was very slow - basically not enough staff. The food served at dinner was fine once you received it. Unfortunately Breakfast was a joke, running out of crockery, untensils and also the hot food was cold and food was running out and took ages to be replaced
The room was a good size and the balcony was nice with a good view.
The hotel seems worn and needs to be restored. The pool was not as clean as expected and the room was also not as clean as expected.
