Cons (-) Cold water and week water pressure in bathroom. Contrary to the room description and due to low season, there was no buffet breakfast but you had to order breakfast with limited offer.

Pros (+) Hotel is situated in the downtown of Novi Sad. It was very easy to locate if you follow instructions sent by receptionist ( Nikole Pasica 27 ). Guests can park the car in hotel's garage in the basement. Parking is charged extra 8 euros per day. Cons (-) - No kettle, water, coffee, tea in room - All-you-can-eat breakfast are not available every day - I ordered a room with a big bed, but there were two smaller beds with small blankets
