The unclear pricing model
The hotel has an excellent breakfast. Room was clean but reception area and hallways were not sufficiently cleaned to keep up with the dirt (snow outside) being brought in by guests.
As a solo traveler I got a room without a view. The bed matras was completely covered by a plastic cover that makes a squeaky sound. Great way to ruin a good night sleep. Staff at reception was rude when he I shared my disappointment about the room. An amazing place to stay. Great views, easy going, lovely breakfast and fabulous wellness facilities.
Not enough eating options in the evening. It would be great if the bar snacks were served after 5pm. It did make us wander into town though which is only a few minutes walk away. The Irish bar recommendation was definitely appreciated. The Greek restaurant and schnitzel places just round the corner, were great too.
The SPA was good, but the atmosphere was ruined when you see old naked people, and especially when you are with kids. I belive it's an international hotel. Housekeeping was quick and serviceminded.
Breakfast quality and selection was cheap. The beds uncomfortable. Too expensive - no value for money. The service in the restaurant was average.

The pillows were by far the best we had in any hotel in Germany! Spectacular night sleep. Would go back just for those, but the sauna with panoramic view completes the awesomeness of this place. On top of the outside pool (which gets a great view of the sunset), there is a gigantic indoor pool (this one unfortunately closes at 19h) and a great indoor wellness part that stays open until late.
