Hotel is located in the center of the town. Parking and all places of interest on walking distance. Fresh made breakfast with coffee was delicious!
Outdated building, stains on walls. Water starts yellow and brown and takes a while until it is normal. Whole building needs some maintenance. Windows are not isolated which means you hear a lot of the pubs and people in the street until 2 am.
Proximity to the centre, staff was very nice, rooms are clean, toilet disinfected, communication top notch, parking directly behind the hotel, money exchange office downstairs
Food was very limited but still tasty, no elevator, older walls.

Spacious room in city centre of Novi Sad
Bathroom is a bit small and breakfast is very basic

Location.
When we checked in to the hotel, we were not given the room we booked. The carpets they gave us were very dirty and there were mosquitoes inside. Daily room cleaning was very bad, they only change the towels. The rooms were very old and poorly maintained.
Location is great, central and everything we wanted in Novi Sad was in walking distance. Our flight was delayed so our arrival was very late, but we'd let them know, so the door was still open and we were greeted warmly and checked in quickly. All staff were friendly.
The trouble with a central city location is noise, especially on the Saturday night when some heavy bass music from up the road kept us awake well into the night.
The location is the only good thing about this hotel
The room doesn’t have AC, only a small fan. The size of the room is very small and everything is so old and dirty, you don’t feel any comfort staying there. Besides that all the staff were very rude and unpolite with me.

No airconditioner , i requested a cancellation for second day and they refused it. Mentally poor guy owns place. They cant see that way they lose more money
