Last time I was allotted the new block which feel congested and with out proper ventilation. Old block is better ,spacious and comfortable

Hyson needs to improve in every aspect concerning its cleanliness, staff, facilities and the rooms need to be maintained properly. AC’s are not maintained

Been staying at this comfortable hotel every visit to Kozhikode. Food is always delicious with a nice spread. The hotel needs to provide a better experience with the shower and towels, both of which need replacement. Hot water is scarce in the shower and I had to be satisfied with very tepid water despite me complaining about it

Though it is a Three Star hotel, it has more convenieces than many Four Star hotels. This hotel needs renovation. Housekeeping Manager needs to inspect cleaning done by the cleaners.
