The staff was very helpful. Especially the receptionist Mr. Sidharth who checked us in on 7th of September 2024. Room was neat and clean and restaurent offered simple and tadty Kerala veg & non veg food... Location too center of calicut town.. Overall calm, neat and good hotel for short stay in calicut.. 👍😊

This place mentioned itself as three star hotel. I booked this cz it is part of lemon tree hotels. When we reached the room it reels of cigarette smell and the white bedsheets they provided we can't call it white anymore..

Good location and accommodation Room had a musty smell but resolved on complaining The issue of conflict between AGODA booked rates and Hotels charged rates were different! The reception desk staff made no effort to check or clarify this issue!

Pros (+) Breakfast was minimal. Not much to choose from.
Cons (-) Generally the options in the restaurant were limited. Buffet dinner was not worth going for. So there is a lot to do to improve the restaurant part. Again staff was very friendly and helpful
