Booked for a night. Had appointment in MIMS the next day. Got a room , forst floor facing the road. Poor noise insulation. Couldn't sleep the whole night. Cleanliness could be improved. Better/newer/ cleaner properties available around for cheaper. Advantage is its right opposite MIMS. But the other properties are all less than 2 mins walk.
