Booking details for online showed Checkin time 2 PM and Checkout time 12:00 noon, however to the guest’s surprise….was asked to vacate at 11 AM, seems like this hotel has a policy of Checkin at 12:00 noon and checkout at 11:00 am. Whose fault is this….hotel or booking website? Your views please.
