Cons (-) Geyser wasn't working in one of the bathrooms. In the other, either you'd get scalding hot water or ice cold water from the shower, there was no in-between. There was water in the dustbins. There was no heating available in the rooms. Lighting was minimal and insufficient for the rooms.
