Cons (-) whoever designed these rooms was not keeping the people in mind. no microwave (unless you ask for it), very little room to move around, everything looks old or outdated. This needs a major update.

I booked a room for 3 people through Agoda, including breakfast. However, I received a coupon for meals for only 2 guests. The staff confirmed that the system shows only 2. I'm surprised, as I've never encountered this situation before.
